Abstract

The preparation concerns a degreasing agent usable in the tanning industry. The essence of the degreasing agent according to the invention is that it contains 30 to 70 % by ethoxylated nonylphenols with a content of 12 to 15 ethoxyl groups per mol of nonylphenol and 30 to 70 % by weight ethoxylated fatty alcohols with degree of ethoxylation of 3 to 20 mol ethylene oxide per mol fatty alcohols.

Description

Vynález sa týká prostriedkov pře odtučňovanie koží a kožušín.The present invention relates to skimming and skimming compositions.

5 % hmot. Ďalšie zvyšovanie množstva povrchovo aktívnych látok nevedíe k úspěchu. Odtučňovanie v nepolárných prostrediach je ekonomicky nákladné.The defatting agents used in tannery are intended to reduce the content of natural fats, fatty acids and other extractable ingredients to the lowest possible level. Particularly important is the defatting of high-fat raw materials such as sheep, goats, pork but also beef. The fat content is between 10 and 20% by weight. Slimming is also very important for fur. For defatting, e.g. acyl polyglycol ethers, alkyl polyglycol ethers, alkylphenol polyglycol ethers, alkyl polyglycol ether sulfates, etc. All products make it possible to reduce the natural fat content of hides and skins, but in all cases there is still a significant proportion of tic in the interfiber space of the raw material. For sheep after conventional methods of defatting it is e.g. 5 wt. Further increases in the amount of surfactants do not lead to success. Defatting in non-polar environments is costly.

V porovnaní s odtučňovaním so samotnými alkylpolyglykoethermi představuje zlepšenie o 30 % - vztiahnuté na extrahovatelné látky kože a kožušín. The aforementioned drawbacks are overcome by the composition according to the invention, which comprises 31 to 70% by weight. % of ethoxylated nonylphenols containing 12 to 15 ethoxy groups per mole of nonylphenol and 30 to 70 wt. % of ethoxylated fatty alcohols having a degree of ethoxylation of 3 to 20 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of fatty alcohols. The defatting agent according to the invention makes it possible to reduce the fat content of hides and skins so that the natural fat is not impaired in tanning operations. So eg. in semi-operational defatting of spiked goats and sheep, which are the most difficult to defat, the extractable content after defatting was 0.5 to 1 wt. Compared to defatting with alkyl polyglycol ethers alone, it represents an improvement of 30% relative to extractable skin and fur. Effective defatting of hides and skins is a prerequisite for the successful execution of all technological operations. Insufficient defatting results in deterioration of both subjective and objectively assessed parameters of finished products.

Přípravu odtučňovacieho prostriedku podlá vynálezu uvádzajú na3lodovnó příklady:The preparation of the defatting agent according to the invention is illustrated by the following examples:

Weigh 0.4 wt.% Into a vessel with stirrer and heating. of ethoxylated nonylphenol with 10 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of nonylphenol. 0.6 wt. of ethoxylated fatty alcohols with 10 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of fatty alcohols. Stir the mixture for 30 min.

V porovnaní s doterajším stavom sa použitím uvedeného prostriedku dosiahne zníženie obsahu zbytkového tuku v koži o 30 !í.Compared with the prior art, the use of said composition reduces the residual fat content of the skin by 30% . d.

Zmes sa mieša 30 min0.5% by weight was added to the vessel with stirrer and heating. of ethoxylated nonylphenol with 15 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of nonylphenol. 0.5 wt. of ethoxylated fatty alcohols with 3 moles of ethylene oxide per mole of fatty alcohols. The mixture was stirred for 30 min
