Vynález sa týká prostriedkov pře odtučňovanie koží a kožušín.The present invention relates to skimming and skimming compositions.
Odtučňovacie prostriedky, ktoré sa používajú v koželužníotve majú za úlohu znížiť obsah prirodných tukov, mastných kyselin a dalších extrahovatelných zložiek na čo najnižší obsah. Obzvlášť důležité je odtučňovanie u surovin s vysokým obsahom tukov, ako sú ovčiny, koziny, bravčovice ale aj hovádziny. Obsah tuku sa v nich pohybuje v rozmedzí 10 až 20 % hmot. Velmi důležité je odtučňovanie tiež u kožušín. Pře odtučňovanie sa používajú napr. acylpolyglykolethery, alkylpolyglykolethery, alkylfenolpolglykolethery, alkylpolyglykolethersulíáty atď. Všetky produkty umožňujú zníženie obsahu prirodných tukov v kožiach a kožušinách, ale vo všetkých prípadoch ostává ešte značný podiel tiku v medzivláknitom priestore suroviny. U ovčín po konvenčných spůsoboch odtučňovania je to napr. 5 % hmot. Ďalšie zvyšovanie množstva povrchovo aktívnych látok nevedíe k úspěchu. Odtučňovanie v nepolárných prostrediach je ekonomicky nákladné.The defatting agents used in tannery are intended to reduce the content of natural fats, fatty acids and other extractable ingredients to the lowest possible level. For sheep after conventional methods of defatting it is e.g. 5 wt. Further increases in the amount of surfactants do not lead to success. Defatting in non-polar environments is costly.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje prostriedok podl’a vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že obsahuje 31 až 70 % hmot. etoxylovaných nonylfenolov s obsahom 12 až 15 etoxylových skupin na mol nonylfenolu a 30 až 70 % hmot. etoxylovaných mastných alkoholov so stup ňom etoxylácie 3 až 20 mólov etylénoxidu na mol mastných alkoholov. Prostriedok pře odtučňovanie podlá vynálezu umožňuje znížiť obsah tuku v kožiach a kožušinách tak, že prírodný tuk nie je na závadu při koželužných operáciách. Tak napr. při poloprevádzkovom odtučňovaní piklovaných kozín a ovčín, čo sú suroviny najťažšie odtučňovatelné, obsah extrahovatelných látok po odtučnení bol 0,5 až 1 % hmot. V porovnaní s odtučňovaním so samotnými alkylpolyglykoethermi představuje zlepšenie o 30 % - vztiahnuté na extrahovatelné látky kože a kožušín. Účinné odtučnenie koží a kožušín je predpokladom úspěšného vykonania všetkých technologických operácií.
