Description
(57) Riešenie sa týká zariadenia na přesné centrovanie výrezov pre lúpacie stroje. Podstatou riešenia je, že je tvořené dvoma sústavami, z ktorých každá pozostáva z priamočiareho hydromotora (4), spojeného s ramenom (2) v tvare V. Rameno (2) je opatřené vodítkami (3) so snímačom (7) polohy ramena (2), ktorý je napojený na vyhodnocovaciu jednotku (8). Vynález sa týká zariadenia na centrovanie výrezov pre lúpacie stroje.
Doteraz je známých niekoíko zariadení na centrovanie výrezov pre lúpacie stroje, ktoré využívajú princip mechanického centrovania výrezov systémom vzájomne sa oproti sebe približujúcich ramien mechanicky spojených. Sú známe mechanické principy trojbodové, kde oproti sebe sa približujúce ramená sa dotýkajú výřezu v troch bodoch, alebo štvorbodové, kde centrovacie ložka obyčajne v tvare V sa pri centrovaní dotýkajú výřezu v štyroch bodoch. Tiež je známa projekcia sústredných kružnic na Čelá výřezu, kde operátor sa snaží umiestnií čo najvačšiu plochu čela výřezu do sústredných kružnic. Všetky tieto systémy využívajú zariadenie, ktoré má zložitú mechaniku a kinematické uzly vyžadujú úplnú synchronizáciu pohýbov.
Uvedené nedostatky odstraňuje zariadenie na centrovanie výrezov pre lúpacie stroje · podía vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že je tvořené z dvoch sústav, z ktorých každá pozostáva z priamočiareho hydromotora, ktorý je spojený s ramenom v tvare V, ktoré je opatřené vodítkami so snímačom polohy ramena napojeným na vyhodnocovaciu jednotku.
Na vyhodnocovaciu jednotku je tiež napojená dvojica fotosnímačov umiestnených nad ramenami.
Zariadením podía vynálezu sa odstráni zložitá a drahá mechanika doterajších zariadení. Taktiež rýchlosí a přesnost centrovania sa zvýši.
Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněný příklad vyhotovenia zariadenia pódia vynálezu, kde na obr. 1 je schéma zariadenia v náryse a na obr. 2 je znázorněná schéma zariadenia pódia vynálezu v bokoryse.
Zariadenie pódia vynálezu pozostáva z dvoch sústav. Každá z nich je tvořená priamočiarym hydromotorom 4, ktorý je napojený na rameno 2 v tvare V. Rameno 2 je opatřené vodítkami 3 so snímačom 7 polohy ramena 2, ktorý može byt realizovaný například mechanickým prevodom. Tento je napojený na vyhodnocovaciu jednotku 8, na ktorú je tiež napojená dvojica fotosnímačov 5, 6 umiestnená nad ramenom 2.
Pri činnosti zariadenia podía vynálezu sa lúparenské výřezy dopravujú neznázornenými dopravníkmi na rameno 2. Uložený výřez i je dvíhaný priamočiarymi hydromotormi 4 až do okamžiku, kedy je zatienený lúč dvojice fotosnímačov 5, 6. Pri dvíhaní výřezu J sa snímá poloha ramena 2 snímačom 7 polohy ramena 2, ktorý vysiela impulzy. Ich počet zaznamenává vyhodnocovacia jednotka 8. Po zatienení lúča dvojice fotosnímačov 5, 6 dá vyhodnocovacia jednotka 8 signál priamočiarym hydromotorom 4 o polovicu priemeru výřezu J., čím sa tento vycentruje.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a device for centering cutouts for peeling machines.
Up to now, several devices for centering cut-outs for peeling machines are known which use the principle of mechanically centering cut-outs by a system of mutually approaching arms mechanically connected. Three-point mechanical principles are known, where opposing arms are in contact with the cut-out at three points, or four-pointed, where the V-shaped centering contact touches the cut-out at four points when centered. Also known is the projection of concentric circles on the face of the cut-out, where the operator tries to place as close as possible to the face of the cutout in concentric circles. All of these systems use a device that has complex mechanics and kinematic nodes require full synchronization of the bends.
The aforementioned drawbacks are eliminated by the device for centering cut-outs for peeling machines according to the invention, which consists of two sets, each consisting of a rectilinear hydraulic motor which is connected to a V-shaped arm provided with guides with a sensor the arm position connected to the evaluation unit.
A pair of photo sensors located above the arms is also connected to the evaluation unit.
The device according to the invention removes the complex and expensive mechanics of the prior art devices. Also, speed and centering accuracy will increase.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of an apparatus according to the invention is shown, wherein Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a device in a front view, and Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of an apparatus of the invention in side view.
The apparatus of the invention consists of two systems. Each of them is a rectilinear hydraulic motor 4, which is connected to the V-shaped arm 2. The arm 2 is provided with guides 3 with a sensor 7 of the arm position 2, which can be realized, for example, by a mechanical transmission. This is connected to the evaluation unit 8, to which a pair of photo sensors 5, 6 located above the arm 2 is also connected.
In the operation of the device according to the invention, the flare cuts are conveyed by conveyors (not shown) to the arm 2. The stored cutout 1 is raised by rectilinear hydraulic motors 4 until the beam of the pair of photo sensors 5, 6 is shaded. 2, which emits pulses. Their number is recorded by the evaluation unit 8. After shielding the beam of the pair of photo sensors 5, 6, the evaluation unit 8 gives the signal to the rectilinear hydraulic motor 4 by half the diameter of the cutout J. thereby centering it.
