Abstract
Zariadenie na miešanie a zohrievanie uhlíkového meliva s dechtom a podobných zmesi je určené pre stavebníctvo, pričom pozostáva z rámu, pohonnej jednotky, rozvádzača a žl’abov, pričom závitovky s lopatkami uložené v žlaboch sú v olejových vaniach obsahujúcich vyhrievacie telesá, termostaty a tepelné poistky. Je možné použit’ ho pre spracovanie uhlíkového meliva, dechtu a podobných zmesi.The device for mixing and heating ground coal with tar and similar mixtures is intended for construction, and consists of a frame, a drive unit, a distributor and chutes, while the screws with blades placed in the chutes are in oil baths containing heating elements, thermostats and thermal fuses. Vynález sa týká zariadenia na miešanie a zohrievanie uhlíkového meliva s dechtom a podobných zmesi, u ktorého sa rieši problém zvýšenia bezpečnosti osůb, zvýšenie produktivity práce a kvalita miešania.The invention relates to a device for mixing and heating ground coal with tar and similar mixtures, which solves the problem of increasing personnel safety, increasing labor productivity and mixing quality.
Doteraz známe zariadenie na miešanie a zohrievanie uhlíkového meliva s dechtom a podobných zmesi je miešadlo, ktoré pozostáva z jedného žlabu vyhrievaného plynom. Zmes sa nasype z papierových vriec do žlabu v ktorom je umiestnený hriadel s lopatkami, poháňaný elektromotorom cez pevná spojku. Výduska sa pohybuje jedným smerom a až změnou otáčok motora sa začne výduska pohybovat opačným smerom. Zohrievanie výdusky je realizované horákmi, v ktorých sú trysky cez ktoré uniká plyn, ktorého zapálením vzniknu plamene zohrievajúce žlab.
