Abstract

Vztahuje se k technologickému vybavení gro opracování elektromontážních vodičů.a zabezpečuje univerzálnost automatu pro opracování elektromontážních vodičů metodou zvýšení rozsahu délek opracovávaných vodičů. Automat se skládá ze stojanu (1), na kterém je pevně uchycen vrchní (2)· a spodní (4) řídicí element, transportér (6) ve formě dvou hřebenů (27, 29) s výstupky pro přísun vodiče (39), upinadlo (25) se třemi stěnami (50) ve formě klínu a výstupkem (47) ' skoseným, který je umístěn na bočním povrchu upínadla (22) ze strany protilehlé k družici umístěné na páce (21) a kloubově upevněná na vozíku(l6), přičemž hřebeny (27, 29) s různým rozestupem zubů jsou umístěny s možností kontaktu čelními govrchy zubů a jsou umístěny shodně na vozíku (16) a v drážce (5) řídicího elementu (4) a kinetickv spojený shodně přívodem s pákou (2l), na řídicím elementu (4) je kloubové upevněn střádač (53) vodičů a upinadlo (22) je instalováno s možností chodu střední' stěny (50) v drážce (5) řídicího elementu.It refers to the technological equipment for processing electrical wiring and ensures the versatility of the automatic machine for processing electrical wiring by increasing the range of lengths of the wires being processed.
