Abstract

Strižnica bočnej strihacej jednotky je použitelná najma ako súčasť kombinovaného postupového tvárniaceho nástroja. Pozostáva z telesa, v ktorom je pomocou prvých skrutiek prichytená střižná vložka a pomocou druhých skrutiek klínová rozperná vložka. Střižná vložka je zo vstupnej strany opatřená střižným otvorom a je ohraničená zhora hornou plochou, rovnoběžnou so základnou rovinou strižnice, zo vstupnej strany čelnou plochou, zo strany klinovej rozpernej vložky přítlačnou plochou a zdola základnou plochou, ktorou je uložená na dosadacej ploché telesa strižnice. Riešeným problémom je umožnenie viacnásobného ostrenia čelnej plochy strižnej vložky bez zložitej manipulácie, čo sa dosahuje tým, že základná plocha strižnej vložky a dosadacia plocha telesa strižnice sú voči základnej rovině strižnice skloněné pod takým uhlom, pod akým je voči uvedenej základnej rovině skloněný střižný otvor.The shearing die of the side shearing unit is usable especially as a part of a combined progressive forming tool. The problem solved is to enable multiple sharpening of the front surface of the shearing insert without complicated manipulation, which is achieved by the fact that the base surface of the shearing insert and the supporting surface of the shearing die body are inclined to the base plane of the shearing die at such an angle as the shearing opening is inclined to the said base plane.
