Abstract

Sklářská tavící vanová pec řeší ochranu žáruvzdorného materiálu vyzdívky proti jejímu narušování silikátovými taveninami. Cílem je zvýšení životnosti žáruvzdorné vyzdívky,, a to kompenzací elektromotorické síly mezi pracovním povrchem a vnitřní oblasti žáruvzdorné vyzdívky pece a vyloučením samovolného ochlazování vnějšího povrchu žáruvzdorné vyzdívky stěn bazénu. Tohoto cíle^se dosáhne tím, že ve vnitřní oblasti žáruvzdorné vyzdívky pece jsou umístěny elektricky vodivé prvky, spojené s póly zdroje stejnosměrného proudu, opačné polarity vzhledem k příslušným elektricky vodivým, prvkům pracovního povrchu.The glass melting bath furnace solves the problem of protecting the refractory lining material against its damage by silicate melts. The aim is to increase the service life of the refractory lining, by compensating the electromotive force between the working surface and the inner area of the refractory lining of the furnace and by eliminating spontaneous cooling of the outer surface of the refractory lining of the pool walls. This aim is achieved by placing electrically conductive elements in the inner area of the refractory lining of the furnace, connected to the poles of a direct current source, of opposite polarity with respect to the respective electrically conductive elements of the working surface.
