Description
The invention relates to an adjuvant for incrustation pickling of seeds and seedlings, ensuring a firm adhesion of the active substance - the mordant - to the surface of the seed.
Doteraz sa u nás a v zahraničí pouzívajú nasledujúce spósoby morenia osiv a sadiv:So far, the following methods of seed and seedling staining are used in our country and abroad:
- mokré morenie máčaním, kropením, zvlhčovaním - michó in< >i en i<·- wet pickling by soaking, sprinkling, moistening - michó in <> i en i <·
- inkruslačný spósob mořen i .a- the incrustation method is pickled i .a
Increment pickling, which uses the application of the mordant to the surface of the seeds with a fast-drying carrier (adhesive), guarantees an even distribution of the mordant on the surface of the seed and its good adhesion. Previously known auxiliaries for incrustation pickling consist of homopolymers (polyvinyl acetate, carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinyl acrylate, ...) supplemented with suitable means to ensure the necessary rheological properties of the system (defoamers, wetting agents, diluents). with toxic side effects on the environment and biological values of the seed Another disadvantage is the long-term resistance to the effects of the underlying microorganisms, which also results from the intoxication of the immediate vicinity of the pickled seed.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the aid for incrustation pickling of seeds and seedlings according to the invention, which consists in 10 to 15% by weight, of a film-forming substance which is a copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol containing 10 to 1 to 1 to 1 components, or a mixture of polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol containing from 10 to 1 to 1 to 1.85 to 90% by weight, of a mixed solvent which is acetone and ethyl acetate, dioxane and ethyl acetate or ethyl methyl ketone and ethanol and 0.5 to J% by weight, of a color indicator which is a food coloring soluble in any of the solvents used. By selecting the composition of the mixed solvent, the evaporability of the resulting excipient can be adjusted in the range of 2 to 8 (evaporation = 1-diethyl ether).
Vrstvička neovplyvňuje klíčivost semien a zabraňuje odprašovaniu moridla. Pomocný prostriedok podlá vynálezu sa dá aplikovat: běžnými moriacimi zariadeniami so zaručením vysokej hygieny práce pri mořeni. V pode sa časom rozkládá oxidačno-degradačnými mechanizmami a hlavnými produktami rozkladu sú CC^ a H2$' Příklad 1The resulting product is a system that adheres perfectly to the seed surface. After drying, an even layer of colored polymer is formed capable of carrying the applied mordant. The layer does not affect the germination of the seeds and prevents dusting of the mordant. The adjuvant according to the invention can be applied: by conventional pickling devices with a guarantee of high hygiene of the pickling work. The decomposition decomposes over time by oxidative-degradation mechanisms and the main decomposition products are CCl 2 and H 2 O 3. Example 1
Nanesený film na povrchu semena pevne ulpieva a zabezpečuje dlhodobá rezistenciu a ochranu.120 g of a copolymer of vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol containing 5 to 2 components are introduced into a 2 l vessel, which is swollen by adding 140 ml of technical grade acetone and further dissolved in 800 ml of ethyl acetate. 6 g of Fuchsin dye are added to the resulting solution to form a solution suitable as a dispersion medium for the selected type of mordant. The system is applied in common turkeys. The applied film on the seed surface adheres firmly and provides long-term resistance and protection.
