Abstract
Rešenie sa týká zariadenia na merania drsnosti povrchu na pohybujúcich sa predmetoch a obzvlášť sa uplatní pri brúsení a inom obrábaní. Základným funkčným prvkom sú meracie hroty, nesúce kotvy pevne spojené rámom a radiálně pohyblivo uložené v kotúči otočnom okolo nepohyblivej osky, v ktorej sú upevněné indukčně cievky. Pri meraní sa otočný kotúč opiera o povrch pohybujúceho sa predmetu a jeho rotáciou prichádzajú meracie hroty do styku s nerovnosťou povrchu. Tým dochádza k změnám indukčnosti oievok, čo sa pomocou Wheastonovho mostíka a dalších zariadení spracuje na vhodné Statistické charakteristiky drsnosti povrchuThe solution relates to a measuring device surface roughness on moving objects and in particular applies to grinding and other machining.
