Abstract

Riešenie sa týká kompozitného vřetena obrábacieho stroja, s cielom zamedzit vznik samobudených kmitov a zvýšit koeficient tlmenia. Podstatou riešenia je, že vřeteno pozostáva z vonkajšieho ocelového valca, v ktorom je uložený vnútorný ocelový válec. Medzi válce je prostredníctvom lepidla na báze polyméru vlepená húževnatá elastická vrstva, například z polyvinylchloridu. Riešenie možno využiť pre sústruhy, frézovačky, vrtačky a vyvrtávačky.The solution concerns a composite spindle of a machine tool, with the aim of preventing the occurrence of self-excited vibrations and increasing the damping coefficient. The essence of the solution is that the spindle consists of an outer steel cylinder, in which an inner steel cylinder is placed. A tough elastic layer, for example made of polyvinyl chloride, is glued between the cylinders using a polymer-based adhesive. The solution can be used for lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and boring machines.

Podstatou riešenia je, že vřeteno pozostáva z vonkajšieho ocelového valca, v ktorom je uložený vnútorný ocelový válec. Vynález sa týká kompozitného vřetena obrébacieho stroja pre sústruhy, frézovačky, vrtačky a vyvrtávačky. V súčasnosti známe vretená obrábacích strojov sú vyrábané z ocele ako monolitně kompozitně vretená zatial nie sú známe. Nedostatkom monolitných vrstiev je ich nízká odolnost proti vzniku samobudených kmitov a nízký koeficient tlmenia.

Uvedený nedostatok dostraňuje kompozitně vřeteno obrábacieho stroja podlá vynálezu, ktorého podstatou je, že pozostáva z vonkajšieho ocelového valca, v ktorom je uložený vnútorný ocelový válec. Medzi vonkajší válec je prostredníctvom dvoch vrstiev lepidla na báze polyméru vlepena húževnatá elastická vrstva, například z polyvinylchloridu. Výhodou kompozitného vřetena podlá vynálezu je, že sa zabezpečí vysoká statická tuhost vřetena a dobré tlmiace vlastnosti. Zvýši sa medzná šířka řezu ako kritéria dynamiokej stability systému uložemia vřetena.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a composite spindle for a turning machine for lathes, milling machines, drills and boring machines. Currently known machine tool spindles are made of steel as a monolithically composite spindle, while they are not known. The drawback of monolithic layers is their low resistance to self-excitation and low damping coefficient.

The aforementioned drawback suffers from the composite spindle of the machine tool according to the invention, which consists in that it consists of an outer steel cylinder in which the inner steel cylinder is mounted. A tough elastic layer, for example polyvinyl chloride, is bonded between the outer cylinder by means of two layers of polymer-based adhesive. The advantage of the composite spindle according to the invention is that a high static stiffness of the spindle and good damping properties are ensured. The cut width is increased as a criterion for the dynamic stability of the spindle store system.

The adhesive layers 3, 4 comprise transverse oscillations due to the adhesive having a modulus of elasticity of 30 to 100 times lower than the resilient-elastic layer 5 which absorbs the torsional oscillations. This two material composition, one of which has good damping properties and the other provides high spindle strength, allows the above advantages to be achieved. The spindle according to the invention can be used for all types of machine tools.
