Abstract
Zariadenie na filtráciu najma betonových kalov vznikajúcich pri umývaní betonárok, autodomiešavačov, čerpadiel betonových zmesi alebo pri vymývacom procese vo výrobniach panelov je s výhodou použitelné najma v stavebníctve. Zariadenie pozostáva z nálevky opatrenej hrubým filtrom naviazanej na kalové čerpadlo, cyklónový oddělovač, kameninový filter, zbernú nádrž filtrátu a příslušné mechanizmy pre výměnu filtračnej hmoty. Výhoda uvedeného zariadenia spočívá v tom, že jednotlivé zložky napr. betónovej zmesi oddělí, přečistí a v kameninovom, filtri zachytené jemné zložky po odvodnění a rozdružení znova použije v technologickom procese výroby napr. betónovej zmesi.The device for filtering, in particular, concrete sludges generated during the washing of concrete mixers, truck mixers, concrete mix pumps or during the washing process in panel factories is advantageously applicable, in particular, in the construction industry. Vynález sa týká zariadenia na filtráciu najmá betonových kalov vznikajúcich pri umývaní betonárok, autodomiešavačov, čerpadiel betónových zmesi alebo pri vymývacom procese vo výrobniach panelov.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Doteraz sa používajú vetké a nákladné sedimentačně nádrže, ktoré pri přeplnění, alebo pri nedostatočnom usadnutí kalu, prepúšťajú znečistenú vodu do· kanála a časom sposobujú haváriu kanalizačnej siete. Pri nedostatočnej izolácii, alebo prasknutí nádrže dochádza k devastácii půdy. Ich nedostatkom je tuhnutie sedimentačných nečistot v nádrži s následným nutným rozrušováním a stratou materiálu (zložiek betónovej zmesy), ktorý sa vyvážná na smetisko. V zahraničí sú tiež známe zariadenia na likvidáciu betónových kalov, ale tieto sú vel'mi nákladné. Známe sú tiež čistiace zariadenia s bočným výsypom znečistenej filtračně] hmoty.
