Abstract
The system is designed for optimal control biological conditions by being dependent the weight loss of eggs during incubation conditions are relative humidity in hatchery machines. By placing carts with eggs on the carrier the platform with weight loss transmitted through a strain gauge lever system which is involved in the evaluation unit, microcomputer and control unit humidity of the hatchery machine.
Description
Vynález sa týká automatickej regulácie úbytku hmotnosti vajec vtákov mikropočítačom v procese liahnutia. The invention relates to the automatic regulation of the weight loss of birds' eggs by a microcomputer in the hatching process.
Optimálny úbytok hmotnosti patří k významným faktorom, ktoré priamo ovplyvňujú liahnivosť a kvalitu vyliahnutého materiálu.In the incubation process, the eggs are placed on hazels, which are placed in trolleys in hatchery machines. Each hatchery machine is equipped with separate control of temperature, humidity and air exchange. The parameters of the climatic conditions are controlled on the basis of empirically determined norms in order to achieve maximum results in hatch. On each day of incubation, complex biological processes occur in eggs, resulting in o. i. their weight loss and their demands for the level of this loss change. Optimum weight loss is one of the important factors that directly affect the hatchability and quality of the hatched material.
In recent years, the importance of the negative, impact of dehydration of hatched hatched chickens on their future production efficiency has been emphasized, especially boiler types of chicken. One of the important factors in preventing dehydration is optimal control of environmental conditions that determine through this effect and future production. The normative of the technological procedures gives the tables of percentage weight loss of eggs on each day of incubation and the need to control the optimal air humidity is recommended to be solved by weighing the egg sample. At the current capacity of the hatcheries, there is a lack of technological equipment for the control and regulation of weight loss in accordance with biological needs.
This deficiency is solved by the proposed automated system for controlling the weight loss of birds' eggs, which consists in that it consists of a carrier platform connected to fixed arms via a weighing device, pivoted halfway on pins mounted in the hatching machine body to engage with a strain gauge sensor mounted in the body of the hatchery machine, which is connected in the control loop to the evaluation unit, the microcomputer and the humidity control unit of the hatchery machine.
The advantage of the device is that it ensures the control and regulation of egg weight loss over a period of time in accordance with the biological needs of the eggs through a computer program, without disturbing the microclimatic conditions in the hatchery machines, which occurs by opening the door when weighing the control sample. Excessive human labor is avoided when weighing the sample (s). Optimization of moisture conditions in the incubation process to increase the quality and quantity hatched je.dincov limiting dehydration or pre 1 Disposals of moisture, which will increase efficiency Liaharenský operations and reduce production costs?
