Abstract
Řešení se vztahuje na způsob výroby ftalimidu, používaného při syntéze retardérů navulkanizování kaučuků. Výroba ftalimidu se provádí vzájemným působením ftalanhydridu s močovinou, které se použijí v molovám poměru 1 : 0,5 až 0,7, při teplotě 95 až 115 °C a tlaku 2 az 80kPa. Reakční hmota se poté zahřívá na 150 až 170 °C za zisku cílového produktu v množství 99 až 100 %, který má teplotu tání 234 až 237 °C a obsahuje nejvýše 0,5 % kyselých příměsí a nejvýše 50 % solí amonných.The solution relates to a method for producing phthalimide, used in the synthesis of rubber vulcanization retarders. Phthalimide is produced by reacting phthalic anhydride with urea, which are used in a molar ratio of 1 : 0.5 to 0.7, at a temperature of 95 to 115 °C and a pressure of 2 to 80 kPa.
