Abstract
Mechanizmus umožňuje rýchlu výměnu vodiča vlákna u textilných zariadení, kde sa navíjajú válcové alebo kónické cievky a vodič přitom koná obvykle vratný pohyb. Zariadenie spočívá v tom, že pozdížnu lištu je možné jednoduchým pohybom odsunúť z pracovnej polohy, vyměnit vodič a lištu opat zasunúť bez zdlhavého skrutkovania, ktoré bolo potřebné robit u doterajších zariadení.The mechanism enables quick replacement of the filament guide in textile machines where cylindrical or conical bobbins are wound and the guide usually performs a reciprocating movement. Predmetom vynálezu je mechanizmus, ktorý umožňuje rýchlu výměnu vodiča vlákna u navijácích textilných strojov. Jeho aplikáciou na strojných zariadeniach uskutočňujúcich vratný pohyb vodiča vlákna pomocou vratnej hriadele, skráti sa čas potřebný k výměně vodiča desať až dvadsaťnásobne, čím sa podstatné zníži prestoj, sp&sobený odstavením alebo poruchou pracovného· miesta.It is an object of the present invention to provide a mechanism that allows rapid replacement of the fiber guide in textile reels. V případe vzniku potřeby výměny vodiča 2 vlákna, obsluha odsunie vodiacu lištu 1 od vodiča 2 vlákna (obr. 2) a urobí jeho výměnu a vodiacu lištu 1 zasunie do póvodnej polohy.
