Abstract
Obsah jednotlivých prvků v litině je dán čtyřmi koeficienty a to Κχ v rozmezí 3,5 až 4,0, K2 v rozmezí 0,10 až 0,17, K3 v rozmezí 1,0 až 1,6 a K4 v rozmezí 6,5 až 7,5. The solution concerns the analysis of reference cast iron materials and proposals for the composition of individual samples in emission optical atomic spectrometric analysis. The content of individual elements in cast iron is given by four coefficients, namely Κχ in the range of 3.5 to 4.0, K2 in the range of 0.10 to 0.17, K3 in the range of 1.0 to 1.6 and K4 in the range of 6.5 to 7.5. All coefficients are determined by mathematical relations, i.e. multiples, sums and differences of multiples of the weight percentages of individual elements contained in cast iron.

Vynález se týká litiny pro odlitky referenčních materiálů pro emisní optickou atomovouspektrometrickou analýzu, obsahující uhlík, křemík, fosfor, síru, selen, telur, měd, nikl, mangan, chrom, molybden, wolfram, vanad, niob, hořčík, cer, lanthanoidý, hliník, titan, zirkon, vizmut, bór a železo.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to cast iron for reference material castings for emission optical atomic spectrometric analysis, comprising carbon, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, selenium, tellurium, copper, nickel, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, niobium, magnesium, cer, lanthanide, aluminum. , titanium, zirconium, bismuth, boron and iron.
So far, cast iron reference materials are made in sets of five to ten members in which the graded weight percent to thirty elements are combined. These combinations are still designed randomly, leading to unpredictable inter-elemental influences. These effects adversely affect the reliability of the transmission of the attested values in the emission optical atomic spectrometric analysis process, and sometimes they are so significant that it does not allow the use of any attested value during calibration.
Co.According to the invention, the above mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the cast iron for reference material castings for emission optical atomic spectrometric analysis, comprising carbon, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, selenium, tellurium, copper, nickel, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium, niobium, magnesium, cer, lanthanide , aluminum, titanium, zirconium, bismuth, boron and iron. Its essence lies in the fact that the content of individual elements in cast iron is given by a coefficient in the range of 3.5 to 4.0, coefficient I <2 in the range of 0.10 to 0.17, coefficient in the range of 1.0 to 1.6 and coefficient v between 6.5 and 7.5. Koeficient K^ je rovný vztahu 100 - % hmot. Fe. Prvý koeficient soustředuje grafitizačnítendence, druhý tendence k tvorbě oxisulfifických vměstků, třetí reguluje poměr mezi železem„a ostatními kovy 5a, 6a, 7A a 8 skupiny periodické soustavy prvků. The coefficient K i is equal to 100% by weight. Fe. The basic advantage of the cast iron according to the invention is that it allows for the avoidance of adverse inter-elemental effects already at the design of the composition, thereby eliminating the risk of some values being dropped for attestation or calibration, which reduces the metrological level. Therefore, it is not necessary to select suitable reference materials from a large number of randomly designed types, which is lengthy aneeconomic. Another higher effect can be seen in the lower casting quality dependence of casting technology. Simultaneous adherence to the given range of all four coefficients will allow suitable grading of all elements in the range needed for the analysis of low alloyed alloys, but will prevent unwanted combinations with pronounced interelemenary effects in the emission optical atomic spectrometric analysis. At the same time, high chemical and structural homogeneity is ensured, while the requirements for determining the adherence to optimal technology, such as temperature and casting speed, cooling intensity, are as severe as those of randomly designed cast iron. The first coefficient concentrates the graphitization tendencies, the second the tendency to form oxisulfic inclusions, the third regulates the ratio between the iron and the other metals 5a, 6a, 7A and 8 of the group of the Periodic Table of Elements. The fourth coefficient prevents the greater differences in iron content of the reference materials and the average iron content of the most common types of cast iron, which is about 93% by weight. irons.

Furthermore, a detailed analysis of the dependencies showed that the average exceeding the interelementary effects was eliminated at all.
Použití vynálezu přichází v úvahu i u referenčních materiálů litiny pro další technikyanalýzy z pevného vzorku, tedy nejen emisní optickou atomovou spektrometrickou analýzou.Řešení lze rovněž využít k návrhu složení jednotlivých vzorků, tedy nejen sad. PříkladThe use of the invention is also applicable to reference materials of cast iron for further techniques of solid sample analysis, i.e. not only by optical emission atomic spectrometric analysis. Preferably, it can be applied to so-called daily adjusters, i.e. adjustment samples. Example
