Abstract
Řeěení se týká zařízení pro elektrokinetická nabíjení práškových materiálů. Liůže být použito zejména pro práškové rozprašovače zařízení pro elektrostatická nanášení vrstev nebo jako nabíjecí zařízení ve strojích s fluidizační vrstvou. Účelem řešení je zlepšená spolehlivost práce zařízení k nanášení vrstev* pracujících na principu elektrokinetickeho nabíjení, pomocí většího a stabilnějšího náboje prásku, stejnosměrnějším výqtupem prášku a snížením ztrát čištěním. Úkol zamezit vytvoření povlaku ionizačních elektrod přenosného náboje a zesílit intenzivnost nabíeeích procesů je řešena tak, že pásmo proínání obou kanálů pro přísun v plynném proudu disperzního prášku a přídavného proudu plynu ma tvar dvojité kruhové štěrbinové trysky, trubkovitá dělicí stěna, která působí jako ionizační elektroda přenosného náboje je zhotovena z elektricky polovodivého materiálu s protivazebními vlastnostmi a za ní následující kanál proudu Je proveden jako kroužková štěrbina z izo- . lačního materiálu.The solution relates to a device for electrokinetic charging of powder materials. The task of preventing the formation of a coating of the ionization electrodes of the transferable charge and increasing the intensity of the charging processes is solved in such a way that the intersection zone of both channels for the supply of the dispersion powder in the gaseous stream and the additional gas stream has the shape of a double circular slot nozzle, the tubular dividing wall, which acts as the ionization electrode of the transferable charge, is made of an electrically semiconducting material with anti-coupling properties and the current channel following it is designed as an annular slot made of insulating material.
