Riešenie sa týká vysokotlakého valca, kde sa rieši regulácia tesnenia podl'a velkosti tlaku.

Podstatou riešenia je, že piest je tvořený základným piestom a v ňom s votou uloženým přídavným piestom,. medzi ktorým· je uložený jednak pružný element a jednak tesniaci element.

Vynález sa týká vysokotlakého valca. s regulovatelným těsněním. V súčasnosti sú vysokotlaké válce osadené roznymi druhmi těsnění (například „O“, „U“, „V“ — krúžkami). Tieto tesnenia sú počas celej činnosti pritláčané tlakovým médiom k stene tlakového priestoru valca. Toto pritlačenie je závislé len od velkosti tlaku. Kvalitu tesnenia a požadovanú životnost tesniaceho elementa možno zabezpečit len vysokou tvarovou presnostou a kvalitou povrchu pracovného priestoru a tesniaceho elementa.

Uvedené nedostatky zmierňuje vysokotlaký válec podlá vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že piest je tvořený základným piestom a v ňom s volou uloženým přídavným piestom, medzi ktorými je uložený jednak pružný element a jednak tesniaci element. Výhodou vysokotlakého valca podl'a vynálezu je, že tesniaci element je pritláčaný na stenu pracovného priestoru valca silou závislou od velkosti zaťaženía piesta, čím sa predíži životnost tesniaceho elementa, pričom nie je potřebné použiť tesnenie zložitých tvarov. Zlepší sa aj dokonalost utesnenia pracovného priestoru, najmá pri vyšších tlakoch.

Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněný příklad vyhotovenia vysokotlakého valca podlá vynálezu, kde na obr. 1 je znázorněný rez vysokotlakým valcom, na obr. 2, 3 a 4 detaily umiestnenia roznych druhov tesniacich elementov.

Vysokotlaký válec sa skládá z piesta 1(1 tvořeného základným piestom 11 a v ňom s vůlou uloženým přídavným piestom 12 a valca 20.

Tlakové médium působiace na plochu přídavného valca 12, z ktorého sa prenesie sila na základný piest 11 pomocou pružného elementa 13 v závislosti od velkosti tlaku a od nastavenej tuhosti pružného· elementu 13. Na začiatku posobenia tlaku tesniaci element 14 je stlačený predpátím, ktoré je nastavené vzájomnou polohou základného piestu 11 a přídavného piestu 12. Pri zváčšovaní pracovného· tlaku sa súčasne sa stláčaním pružného elementu 13 stláča aj tesniaci element 14, dovtedy, kým nenarazí přídavný piest 12 na základný piest 11. Ďalšiu silu už potom prenáša piest 10 ako celok. Medzerou „A“ medzi základným piestom 11 a přídavným piestom 12 regulujeme mieru stlačenia tesniaceho elementu 14. Takto- stlačený tesniaci element 14 dokonalejšie utěsní pracovný priestor valca 20, pričom ako· tesniaci element 14 možu byť použité vhodné klasické tesniace materiály.

Tesniaci element 14 može byť riešený z dvoch častí, a to z pružného· tesniaceho elementu 17 a z klzného tesniaceho elementu 16 (obr. 2).

Pre dokonalejšie utesnenie pracovného priestoru valca 20 je možné předřadit ešte klasický „O“ krúžok 15 (obr. 3), připadne je možné utesnenie riešiť aj vhodným tvarováním stykovej plochy přídavného piestu 12 (obr. 4).

Riešenie podía vynálezu je možné použiť hlavně tam, kde maximálny tlak začína působit už na stojací piest, připadne podía riešenia (obr. 2) aj v· ostatných vysokotlakých, hlavně v jednočiarych zariadeniach. Svojimi vlasnosťami je vysokotlaký válec uplatnitelný najmá v upínacej technike.

The invention relates to a high pressure cylinder. with adjustable seal. Currently, high pressure cylinders are fitted with different types of seals (for example, "O", "U", "V" - rings). These seals are pressed through the pressurized medium to the wall of the cylinder pressure chamber during operation. This pressure is only dependent on the pressure. The quality of the seal and the required service life of the sealing element can only be ensured by the high shape accuracy and surface quality of the working space and the sealing element.

The above-mentioned drawbacks are alleviated by the high-pressure cylinder of the present invention, wherein the plunger comprises a base piston and an additional plunger mounted thereon, between which a resilient element and a sealing element are mounted. An advantage of the high-pressure cylinder according to the invention is that the sealing element is pressed against the wall of the working space of the cylinder by a force dependent on the load on the piston, thereby extending the life of the sealing element, without the need for sealing of complex shapes. Improving the sealing of the working space, especially at higher pressures, will also improve.

The high pressure cylinder comprises a piston 1 (1 formed by a base piston 11 and an additional piston 12 and a cylinder 20 supported therein).

The pressure medium acting on the surface of the auxiliary cylinder 12 from which the force is transferred to the base piston 11 by means of an elastic element 13 depending on the size of the pressure and the set rigidity of the resilient element 13. At the beginning of the pressure setting, the sealing element 14 is compressed by a pre-load which is set By increasing the working pressure, the sealing element 14 is also compressed by pressing the elastic element 13 until the additional piston 12 strikes the base piston 11. Further force then transfers the piston 10 as a whole. The gap "A" between the base piston 11 and the auxiliary piston 12 controls the degree of compression of the sealing element 14. Thus, the sealed sealing element 14 seals the working space of the cylinder 20 more effectively, and suitable sealing materials can be used as the sealing element 14.

The sealing element 14 can be constructed of two parts, namely a flexible sealing element 17 and a sliding sealing element 16 (FIG. 2).

For a better sealing of the working space of the cylinder 20, it is possible to include a conventional "O" ring 15 (Fig. 3), or the sealing can also be solved by suitable shaping of the contact surface of the additional piston 12 (Fig. 4).

The solution according to the invention can be used mainly where the maximum pressure already starts to act on the upright piston, falls in accordance with the solution (Fig. 2) also in other high pressure, mainly in single line devices. With its properties, the high-pressure cylinder is particularly applicable in the clamping technique.
