Abstract
Zátka je určená na utesnenie nátrubku hlavnej uzatváracej armatúry jadrovej elektrárně. Zátka je v nátrubku fixovaná pomocou čeiustí, ktoré sa opierajú o jeho kuželová část. Utesnenie sa dosiahne roztlačením krúžku medzi dvorná kuželovými taniermi. Ventil na zátke umožňuje drenáž potrubia. Zátka sa do nátrubku zavážu pomocou ramena zavěšeného na koiajnici.The plug is designed to seal the socket of the main shut-off valve of a nuclear power plant. The plug is fixed in the socket by means of jaws that rest on its conical part. The seal is achieved by pushing the ring between the two conical plates. The valve on the plug allows drainage of the pipe. The plug is screwed into the socket by means of an arm suspended from a rail.

Vynález sa týká zátky na uzatvorenie nátrubku hlavnej uzatváracej armatúry jadrovej elektrárně počas jej odstávky pri výměně paliva.The invention relates to a plug for closing the sleeve of a main shut-off valve of a nuclear power plant during its refueling outage.
Dosial známe sposoby uzatvárania nátrubku, napr. vo formě gumového disku stláčaného dvoma přírubami pomocou skrutiek je v stiesnených priestoroch hlavnej uzatváracej armatúry ťažkopádne a náročné na čas. Iné riešenie vo formě pneumaticky rozpínaného tesnenia vyžaduje trvalé sledovanie a udržiavanie tlaku vzduchu v tesniacom prvku. Obidva sposoby nezaručujú bezpečná fixáciu zátky v nátrubku hlavnej uzatváracej armatúry pri zvýšení hladiny vody nad nátrubky reaktorovej nádoby.Hitherto known methods of closing the sleeve, e.g. in the form of a rubber disc pressed by two flanges by means of screws, it is cumbersome and time consuming in the confined spaces of the main shut-off valve. Another solution in the form of a pneumatically expanded seal requires continuous monitoring and maintenance of the air pressure in the sealing element. Both methods do not guarantee a secure fixation of the plug in the main shut-off valve sleeve when the water level rises above the reactor vessel sleeves.
