Abstract

Účelom riešenia je umožnit indukčně kalenie ozubených kolies so šikmým ozubením. Uvedeného účelu sa dosiahne zariadením, ktorého rám je zo spodu opatřený vodiacimi kladkami, prostrednictvom ktorých je uložený v konkávnych dráhách podstavca. Zo spodnej časti rámu je upravená tiež konzola, o ktorú sa opierajú celá stavacích skrutiek, upravených v podstavci.The purpose of the solution is to enable induction hardening of helical gears. Description

Vynález sa týká zariadenia na indukčně kalenie ozubených kolies so šikmým ozubením. V súčasnosti sa ozubené kolesá s vonkajším šikmým ozubením kalia plameňom, čo má nevýhodu v tom, že sa nedosiahne rovnoměrné zakalenie po celej ploché ozubenia. Zariadenia pre indukčně kalenie priameho ozubenia sú pre kalenie šikmého ozubenia nevyhovujúce, nakofko induktor sa pohybuje vo zvislom smere.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to an apparatus for induction hardening of gears with helical gearing. Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje zariadenie na indukčně kalenie ozubených kolies so šikmým ozubením pozostávajúce z rámu, v ktorom je uložená vaňa s pootáčacím zariadením, ktorá je hriadefom spojená so zariadením pre upnutie kalenej súčiastky podfa vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že rám je na spodnej časti opatřený vodiacimi kladkami, prostredníctvom ktorých je uložený v dráhách podstavca. Na spodnej časti rámu je upravená tiež konzola, o ktorú sa opierajú čelá stavacích skrutiek, upravených v podstavci. Výhody zariadenia sú v tom, že umožňuje naklopiť súčiastku o uhol našikmenia ozubenla, čím sa zubová medzera dostane do zvislej polohy a ozubenie sa može nahrievať indukčně, čím sa dosiahne rovnoměrné zakalenie ozubenia. Oproti ozubeniu súčiastky 18 je umiestnený hydraulický válec 20, z ktorého piestom je spojený palec 19 zapadajúci do zubovej medzery súčiastky 18. Na spodnej časti rámu 2 je upravená konzola 21, o ktorú sa opierajú čelá stavacích skrutiek 22, upravených v podstavci 1, na ktorom jé tiež upravená doska 23 pre odčítáme uhla vyklopenia rámu 2. Súčiastka 18 sa upne čefusťami 12 a rám 2 s upínacím a pootáčacím zariadením sa vychýlí o uhol našikmenia ozubenia. Vychýlenie sa urobí pomocou stavacích skrutiek 22. Po vychýlení celého zariadenia sa ku spodnému okrajů zubovej medzery súčiastky 18 prisunie induktor, pričom poloha zubovej medzery je zabezpečená zasunutím palca 19 do protifahlej medzery.
