Description
Vynález sa týká nastreíovacej hlavice pre odběr neporušených zemných, respektive podnych vzoriek.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spray head for collecting unbroken ground or underwater samples.
Until now, intact samples have been used to determine the hydrophysical and prevalent physical characteristics of the soil in hydropedology, which are taken into collection cylinders having a volume of about 100 cm 3. In the hydropedology survey, these samples are taken manually, either using a ditch probe, when the sampling roller is hammered or hammered into the horizontal or vertical wall of the excavated probe, or through a drilling rig to obtain a core - soil sample - of relatively larger dimensions and thereafter, an intact soil sample is taken from the soil surface or in the laboratory by tapping the collection roll into the core.
Nedostatky uvedenej metody spočívajú v zdíhavosti a prácnosti odběru, nie je možné odběrnými valčeikmi spojité vzorkovat, to je diskretizovat, vertikálu půdneho- profilu, zatíkanie odběrného valčeka sa robí niekol'konásobnýml údermi, čím je odoberaná vzorka vystavená opakujúcim sa otrasom, naručujúcim jej kompaiktibilitu, nie vždy v možno,m vedení úderov v smere osi odběrného valčeka, čím dochádza k nežiadúcim deformáclám vzorky a teda ik zmene jej objemovej hmotnosti. The drawbacks of this method are the sluggishness and laboriousness of the sampling, it is not possible to sample the sampling rollers, i.e. discretize, the vertical of the soil-profile, the sampling roller is made by several strokes, whereby the sample is subjected to repeated shocks, interfering with its compatibility, it is not always possible to guide strokes in the direction of the picking roller axis, thereby causing undesirable deformation of the sample and hence a change in its bulk density.
The above mentioned drawbacks are eliminated by the shooting head for collecting the undamaged soil samples into the collection rollers according to the invention, the principle being that under the explosive chamber, into which the explosive or explosive mixture is placed, a firing bush is placed, through which the firing piston extends to a slip-on bracket, on which a sleeve with a pick-up roller is fixed, and an anti-knock weight with a damping spring and a rigid grip is slid on the striker sleeve.
Vynález nastreíovacej hlavice pre odběr neporušených zemných vzoriek umožňuje odběr neporušených zemných vzoriek v dlžke úderníkového piesta, t. j. v dlžke cca 45,5 mm do relativné tenkých stien odběrného valčeka o priemere cca 52,9 mm s původnou objemovou hmotnosťou.The invention of a spray head for intact ground sampling allows intact ground samples to be taken in a firing pin length, i.e. about 45.5 mm, into relatively thin walls of the take-off roller of about 52.9 mm in diameter with original bulk density.
The shooting head for the intact sampling is shown schematically in the attached drawing.
Below the explosive chamber 2 there is a striking sleeve 4, through which a sleeve piston 3, which reaches its lower end and strikes the sleeve 7, is inserted. A sleeve with a pick-up roller 8 is attached to the sleeve 7. under which there is a damping spring 6 on the firing pin 3 and a rigid hand above the anti-knock weight 1. When sampling, a hole is drilled into the ground, which is cleaned from the nailed earth, and then a firing head is inserted into the hole. An anti-knock weight 5 is slid onto the striking sleeve 4, and an explosive chamber 2 is filled with the explosive or explosive mixture and the indent piston 3 is screwed. In an explosion, the firing head is held by the handle 1, with the reactive bad impact catching and the anti-knock weight 5 being damped by the damping spring 6. After the soil sample has been pressed into the sleeve with the pick-up roller 8, the anti-knock weight 5 is removed and the firing head is withdrawn from the bore hole.
Nastrelovaciu hlavicu pre odběr neporušených zemných vzoriek možno využiť v hydropedologickom a ekologickou! prieskume. The shooting head for intact ground samples can be used in hydropedological and ecological! survey.
