Abstract
Řešeni se týká oblasti zpracováni plastických hmot, jmenovitě- způsobu výroby výrobků z termoplastů vstřikováním. Očelem řešení je zvýšeni pevnosti výrobků. Navržený způsob výroby výrobků z termoplastů vstřikováním zahrnuje zaplňování tvarovacích dutin taveninou polymeru při současném chlazeni těchto dutin, dále ukládání tvarovací látky pod tlakem a ochlazováni. Podle daného vynálezu se po zaplněni tvarovacích dutin tavenina polymeru protlačuje tvářecími dutinami při teplotě, která je maximálně o 20 až 25 0 C vyšší, než je taviči teplota nebo teplota tečení, a při tlaku 90 až 300 MPa s tím, že ee tvářecí dutiny.
