Abstract
Kešeni se týká zařízení pro obohacování užitečných nerostů. Jeho cílem je zvýšení efektivnosti procesu rozděleni pomocí regulace délky sekcí a rozdělení feromagnetické kapaliny v komoře* Separátor obsahuje feromagnetický systém s pólovými nástavci v jejichž štěrbině je komora s feromagnetickou kapalinou, přepážkou a destičkami. Přepážka je ve tvaru trojhranného hranolu a rozděluje komoru na sekci těžké a lehké frakce. Na boční straně hranolu skloněné k sekci lehké frakce je destička ve vodítku s možností přemístění podél této strany. Separátor je opatřen záchytným žlábkem umístěným pod násypkou coz umožňuje odstranění rušivého vlivu magnetiokeho pole na kraji pólových nástavců na jakost rozdělovaných produktů.The device is intended for the enrichment of useful minerals. Its purpose is to increase the efficiency of the separation process by regulating the length of the sections and the distribution of the ferromagnetic liquid in the chamber. The separator contains a ferromagnetic system with pole extensions in the slot of which there is a chamber with ferromagnetic liquid, a partition and plates. The partition is in the shape of a triangular prism and divides the chamber into a section of heavy and light fractions. On the side of the prism inclined to the section of the light fraction, there is a plate in a guide with the possibility of displacement along this side. The separator is equipped with a catch groove located under the hopper, which allows the removal of the disturbing influence of the magnetic field at the edge of the pole extensions on the quality of the separated products.
