Abstract
The solution is to develop a two-layer coating surface layers of thermally coated ceramic parts to increase life of their work surfaces. The base layer of the coating consists of a mixture 80 to 95 wt. % of graphite and 5 to 30 wt. of ceramic pinches. The cover layer consists of from a mixture of 50 to 80 wt. bornitrid a 20 to 50 wt. of ceramic pinches. The coating is deposited in the pores either by the pressure exerted by mechanical means or by centrifugal means force or compressed gas or or by explosion.
Description
Vynález se týká dvouvrstvého povlaku tepelně namáhaných keramických dílů, například ěoupátkových uzávěrů pro odlévání tekuté oceli. The invention relates to a two-layer coating of thermally stressed ceramic parts, for example, gates for liquid steel casting.
It is known to fill porous surfaces of ceramic parts with a filler material either by painting or spraying the filler material on the surface of the ceramic parts or by hot-dipping the ceramic parts with the overpressure e or underpressure.
It is also known to enamel the surfaces of these ceramic parts or to coat them with thermosetting coatings.
A disadvantage of such a process when filling pores of ceramic parts to fill the mass is relatively low leakage of the filler material into the mass of the ceramic part and a great labor in painting the filler material on the surface of the ceramic parts. by dipping these ceramic parts into the filler. In addition, these processes are difficult to handle, inefficient in production and, when supplemented with heating or drying, also energy-intensive.
Uvedené nevýhody stávající stavu techniky se odstraní dvouvrstvýra novlakem tepelná r.-.ffiáhuny;h Keramickýoli dílů sestávající ze základní a krycí vrstvy podle vynálezu, • jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že zéklední vrstva obsahuje směs 80 až 95 % hmot. grafitu a 5 až 20 % hmot. korundu, zředěných kyselinou octovou a krycí vrstva směsi 50 až 80 ;e hmot. bornitridu a 20 až 50 % hmot. korundu. The above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art are eliminated by a two-layer pressurized heat treatment system. Ceramic parts consisting of a base layer and a cover layer according to the invention, characterized in that the base layer comprises a mixture of 80 to 95% by weight. % graphite and 5 to 20 wt. % corundum diluted with acetic acid and the topcoat of the mixture 50-80 wt. % bornitride and 20 to 50 wt. corundum.
The advantage of the two-layer coating of thermally stressed ceramic parts consisting of a base and a cover layer according to the invention is that the immersion of its base layer into the pores of the thermally stressed surface layers of ceramic parts is energy efficient, further allowing easy mechanization of manipulation operations and automatic control of the process and that the service life of the thermally stressed ceramic parts thus treated is increased by increasing the mechanical properties of their working surfaces.
Furthermore, maintenance requirements and material savings are achieved. Heat resistance to liquid metal will increase by up to 200% compared to the original state.
According to an exemplary embodiment, the base layer of a two-layer coating of thermally stressed ceramic parts consists of 90 wt. % of graphite and 10 wt. corundum, diluted with acetic acid and deposited on the surface of the ceramic piece, in this case, on the ceramic plate of the bolt seal for liquid steel casting. This ceramic plate was enclosed in a device heated by a heater and provided with a vibrator to which compressed air was applied to the base layer, which was forced into the pore of the steel shutter plate due to air pressure. After the base layer had dried, the surface of the steel casting shutter was coated with 70% by weight. % of bronitride and 30 wt. corundum.
