Description
Vynález sa týká přísady proti starnutiu pre biele, farebné a sadzové vulkanizáty z prírodného a syntetického kaučuku. Přísada proti starnutiu je zmesou 2-merkaptobenzimidazolu a arylalkylfenolov- s anorganickým plnivom.The invention relates to an anti-aging additive for white, colored and carbon black vulcanizates of natural and synthetic rubber. Podta dosial známých postupov sa vyrábala přísada proti starnutiu pre biele, farebné i sadzové vulkanizáty z prírodného a syntetického kaučuku len v jednom druhu (AO č. 165 480). Táto přísada proti starnutiu pozostávala z technického 2-merkaptobenzimidazolu, ktorého čistota bola 80, maximálně 85 % účinnej látky, a ostatok tvořili sprievodné nečistoty, vznikajúce pri výrobě 2-merkaptobenzimidazolu, predovšetkým vol'ná síra, ktorej obsah bol 10 až 17 proč. Druhou zložkou přísady proti starnutiu je Antioxidant 3, ktorý představuje technická zmes fenyletylfenolov vo formě světlej viskóznej kvapaliny, dobré rozpustnej v běžných organických rozpúšťadlách. Treťou komponentou přísady proti stárnutí bolo anorganické plnidlo, upravujúce fyzikálně vlastnosti zmesi účinných látok. Nevýhodou dosial' známej přísady proti starnutiu bola nízká čistota používanej účinnej látky, a tým vysoký obsah nežiadúcich vedlejších komponent, ktoré neprispievali k účinnosti, resp. v bezsírnych vulkanizátoch malí negativny vplyv na antioxidačnú účinnost přísady ako takej. Dosial' využívaná přísada proti starnutiu obsahovala maximálně 35 % plnidiel, minimálně 19 % 2-merkaptobenzimidazolu a minimálně 46 % zmesných fenyletylfenolov.Anti-aging additives for white, colored and soot vulcanizates of natural and synthetic rubber have been produced in only one type (AO No. 165 480) according to the prior art.
