Schopnosť utilizácie týchto produktov bola študovaná u kvasiniek a kvasinkovltých mikroorganizmov patriacich do rodov Auerobasidium, Trichosporon, Candida Cryptococcus [Y. C. Han,It is known that microorganisms are able to utilize carbohydrates as a carbon source for biomass, and the lack of traditional raw materials has prompted interest in the processing of secondary lignocellulosic materials and their degradation products into substrates for fermentation production. and yeast-yellow microorganisms belonging to the genera Auerobasidium, Trichosporon, Candida Cryptococcus [YC Han,

Podstata přísady do krmných zmesí pre výživu hospodářských zvierat pripravitetná mikrobiálnou kultiváciou odpadného xylózového sirupu a živných solí mikroorganizmom Candia utilis spočívá v tom, že obsahuje 52,50 % hmot. bielkovín, 4,22 % hmot. lipidov, 33,26 % hmot. sacharidov, 6,38 °/o hmot. anorganických solí, 3,64 % hmot. bezdusíkatých látok. The essence of an ingredient in compound feed for animal nutrition prepared by microbial cultivation of waste xylose syrup and nutrient salts by the microorganism Candia utilis consists in that it contains 52.50 wt. protein, 4.22 wt. % of lipids, 33.26 wt. of carbohydrates, 6.38% w / w. % inorganic salts, 3.64 wt. nitrogen-free substances.
Kvasinky ako přísada do krmných zmesí majú tú výhodu, že obsahujú antioxidačné látky a zabraňujú tuchnutiu lipidových zložiek krmív. Majú vysoký obsah vitamínov skupiny B a aminokyselin. Yeast as an additive to compound feed has the advantage of containing antioxidants and preventing the lipid components of the feed from decaying. They have a high content of B vitamins and amino acids. The amino acid composition is similar to animal proteins except for sulfur-containing amino acids. The advantage of said strain is that it is not pathogenic and that the total nitrogen content is 51.25% by weight. in dry matter. Another advantage is that the waste resulting from the production of D-xylose is used for the preparation of microbial biomass, which also addresses the ecological issue and the use of economically advantageous raw materials. Multiple evaluations are achieved by converting the carbohydrate substrate to protein. This substrate was not used by the strain to prepare microbial proteins.
Culture medium is prepared, 3 g of ammonium sulfate, 0.5 g of potassium phosphate acid, 1 g of magnesium sulfate and 1 g of yeast autolysate are used per liter. Syrup remaining as waste in the production of D-xylose containing 61 wt. carbohydrates. These are, «h | aridy ? are represented by 44.91 wt. D-xylose, 19, P / wt. Δ-glucose, 11.63% w / w % β-arabinose and β-xylose, 10.64 wt. D-galactose, 8, 14 wt. % D-mannose, 3.02 wt% K-rafnose, 1.86 wt. D-ribose. The syrup was added in an amount to achieve a reducing agent content of 20 g per liter. The sterile culture medium is inoculated with a suspension of yeast Candida utilis 8.10 e and cultured on a reciprocating shaker at 108 rpm at 25 ° C for 3-4 days, then the biomass is centrifuged, washed with water and dried. The biomass yield of said strain was 6.720 g dry matter per liter of culture medium and the pH of the culture was 4.8. The biomass obtained contains 52.50 wt. protein, 4.22 wt. % of lipids, 33.26% w / w; % of carbohydrates and 6.38 wt. inorganic salts, nitrogen-free substances 3.64 wt. to the basis weight of biomass. Pathogenicity was detected in mice weighing 19-22 g, which were from the Dobrá voda breeding station. A 0.5 ml Candida utilis cell suspension was injected intravenously over 35 days [J. Sandula, S. Kockova-Kratochvilova, M. Zamecnikova: Folia Microbiologica 8, 313 (1963)]. Neither individual died when tested with the strain.
