Description
Vynález sa týká náte-rovej zmesi so zlepšenými vlastn-oisfami, v ktorej je aplikovaný nový druh špeciálnej nízkoviskóznej kopolymérnej disperzie. The invention relates to a coating composition with improved properties in which a new type of special low viscosity copolymer dispersion is applied.
The coating composition for the production of graphic coated papers must show good processability in the coating machine. The theological properties at the highest possible solids content are decisive for the workability.
The decisive criterion is the quality of the coating obtained by using the coating composition from the point of view. accuracy of print reproduction, contrast of faireb scale and processability on high-speed printing machines.
Na přípravu náterovej zmesi pre bezdrevné natierané papiere sa používajú pigmenty [kaolín, uhličitan vápenatý, s-atin-ová bielo-b-a, kysličník titaničitý a ďalšiej, spolu sospojivami a pomněnými prostriedkami pre zlepšeme lesku, odolnosti k vo-de, bělosti a pod.Pigments (kaolin, calcium carbonate, s-atin white-b-a, titanium dioxide and others) are used to prepare the coating composition for wood-free coated papers, together with binders and aforementioned gloss enhancers, water resistance, whiteness and the like.
Spojivá můžu byť prírodného povo-du, (škrob, kazeín, proteiny, deriváty celulózy), syntetické (disperzie makromolekulových láto-k, polyvinylalkohol), připadne ko-m-bináci-a oboch spomenutých druh-ov.The binders may be of the natural nature (starch, casein, proteins, cellulose derivatives), synthetic (dispersions of macromolecular substances, polyvinyl alcohol), possibly co-mbinations, and both.
The presently dispersed n-α and butadiene-styrene latex dispersions are fasting, but have low light fastness, which results in a yellowing of the coating. In addition, butadiene-styrene latex coatings tend to β-retention when vigorously drying the inks by flame. Acrylate dispersions have a higher degree of light-stability, but are more expensive.
Dalšie, v technologii natlerania papiera, používané disperzie obsahujú kopo-lyméry na báze butadiénu s akrylonitriloím. Pri výrobě natieraných kartónov sa používajú akr y 1 á t o vé kop olymér y.Other paper dispersion technology uses dispersions containing butadiene-based acrylonitrile copolymers. Acrylic copolymers are used in the manufacture of coated cartons.
Uvedené nevýhody sú odstraněné nátěrovou zm-esou pozoistávajúcou z 5 az 35 % hmotnostných primárného alkylesteru kyseliny akrylovej, s výhodou 25 % hmoitnostných a 65 až 95 % hmotnostných vinylacetátu, s výhodou 75 % hmotnostných, emulgovaných v-o vo-dnom pro-stredí oibsahujúcom 1 až 10 % hmotnostných zmesi alkylp-olyglykoléteru a sodných esterov kyseliny fosforečnej s alkylpolyglykolétermi vo-funkcii ernulgáto-rov v přítomnosti sodných s-o-lí kyseliny fosforečnej a 0,1 až 0,25 % hmotnostných kopolyméru propýlénoxidu a etylén-oxidu, vztahované na hmotnost disperzie. These disadvantages are overcome by a coating composition consisting of 5 to 35% by weight of a primary alkyl ester of acrylic acid, preferably 25% by weight and 65 to 95% by weight of vinyl acetate, preferably 75% by weight, emulsified in a water medium containing 1 to 1%. 10% by weight of a mixture of alkylpolyglycol ether and sodium phosphate esters with alkyl polyglycol ethers as emulsifiers in the presence of sodium phosphate salts and 0.1-0.25% by weight of a copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, based on the weight of the dispersion.
