Vynález sa týká sposobu přípravy priamych alebo rohových spojov pásov plechov alebo členitých profilov pre stykové odtavovacie zváranie. Konce dielcov sa p,red žvaněním ziobnú pod ostrým- uhlom a oid 20 do 75 °C, pričom dížk-a ohybu je najmenej o 1 mm vačšia ako je přídavek na oiditaveniie a stlačenie. Po zvarení stykové hrany vytvoria spojenie mimo roviny -spojovaných dielcov a vzniklý výroinok sa formuje tým smer-om, ktorým sú zohinuité hrany.The invention relates to a method of preparing straight or corner joints of sheet metal strips or sectioned profiles for butt fusion welding. Vynález sa týká sposnbu přípravy piriamych alebo rohových spojov pásov plechov alebo členitých profilov pre stykové odtavovacie zváranie. Konce dielcov sa před žvaněním zohnú pod ostrým- uhlom a oid 20 do 75 °C, pričom dlžka ohybu je majraenej o 1 mm vačšia ako je prídiavok na oiditaveniie a stlačeni©. Po zvarení stykové hrany vytvoria spojenie mimo roviny -spojovaných dielcov a vzniklý výronok sa formuje tým smerom, kterými sú zohnuté hrany.

There is a known method of contact welding by melting, in the case of joining, the edges of the parts to be joined are emeralded parallel to each other. The joint formed is straightforward, and after welding on it, it possesses a characteristic fin that needs to be removed in most cases of use. Removing the burr on the shaped profiled parts, as well as corner joints, eg corners of shaped door and door frame profiles, is very laborious, because in most cases it is done manually without the possibility of tugging.
The aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art are avoided by making straight or corner joints of sheet metal strips or indented profiles for bonding stripping of welds, the principle that the edges of the parts are bent at an acute angle of 20 to 75 ° by a bending length that is greater at least 1 mimi and a defrosting and compression allowance, after which it is welded by contact fusion welding. The parts joined together in accordance with the invention have contact surfaces suitable for forming prior to welding in such a way that the soaring leakage is formed into places where it does not functionally obstruct and need not be removed. The ends of the contact surfaces are bent before being welded to a certain angle in the range of 20 to 75 ° to form a welded joint outside the straight line of bonded diodes. The bend length is determined by at least 1 mm greater than the defrosting and compression allowance. A further advantage of the invention is that the accuracy requirements for centering the bonded areas are reduced, where very strict tolerance requirements are encountered with thin-walled profiles.
Figure 1 illustrates an embodiment of a direct connection prior to welding and in Figure 2 after welding.

For broken profiles, eg profiles, door profiles, the bend is oriented to the inside of the profile.
