Abstract
The solution concerns a device for controlled oxygen therapy with continuous positive pressure. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a microcomputer (4) has a video display (5) and a device for oxygen therapy with continuous positive pressure (6) connected in parallel. The input parameters are the partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide measured continuously and transcutaneously, keyboard correction of hemoglobin, and possibly also the patient's temperature. The program uses a mathematical model of acid-base balance.
Description
Vynález sa týká zariadenia na riadenú oxygenoterápiu kontinuálně pozitívnym tlakom, ktoré pozostáva z dvoch transkutanných pOa a pCOž elektród, připojených na rádiometer, ktorého výstup je připojený na mikropočítač s dvoma paralelnými výstupmi.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a device for controlled oxygen therapy with continuous positive pressure, consisting of two transcutaneous p0a and pCO2 electrodes connected to a radiometer, the output of which is connected to a microcomputer with two parallel outputs.
Doteraz sa prevádza oxygenoterápia kontinuálně pozitívnym tlakom skór podlá klinického stavu pacienta, resp. za občasnej kontroly parametrov acidobázy Astrupovým prístrojom.Up to now, oxygen therapy has been performed continuously by positive pressure scores according to the clinical condition of the patient, respectively. with occasional checking of acidbase parameters with an Astrup instrument.
Nevýhody takého sposobu riadenia sú dané subjektom, ktorý podlá skúsenosti a orientačných vyšetření manuálně riadí poměr dýchacích plynov. The disadvantages of such a method of control are given to subjects who, according to experience and orientation tests, manually control the respiratory gas ratio.
These disadvantages are overcome by the present invention, which consists in that a video display and an oxygen therapy device are connected to the microcomputer continuously by positive pressure.
Výhody navrhovaného zariadenia spočívajú v presnom automatickém riadení poměru dýchacích plynov mikropočítačom, na základe analýzy stavu acidobázickej rovnováhy určenej pOz, pCOz, pH, HbO2.The advantages of the proposed device consist in the precise automatic control of the respiratory gas ratio by a microcomputer, based on an analysis of the acid-base balance state determined by pO 2, pCO 2, pH, HbO 2.
The attached drawing is a block diagram of the circuit according to the invention.
Na jeden výstup je zapojený do paralely videodisplej 5 a na druhý výstup zasa přístroj na oxygenoterápiu kontinuálně pozitívnym tlakom B.The continuous positive pressure oxygen therapy device consists of two transcutaneous electrodes, pO2 electrode 1 and pCO2 electrode 2. These electrodes 1, 2 are connected to the radiometer 3. The radiometer 3 is connected to the microcomputer 4 with two outputs. One output is connected in parallel to the video display 5 and to the other output the oxygen therapy device is continuously connected with the positive pressure B.
The transcutaneous electrodes 1 and 2 read the oxygen and oxygen partial pressures. The measured values are fed from the radiometer 3 to the microcomputer 4, where they are evaluated in relation to other parameters, namely the mathematical models of the acid-base balance program captured by a stable program on display 5 with visual control of values: pO2, pCO2, pH, standard HCO3. HCO3, total. CO2, base excess, HbO2, and on the basis of these relationships, the oxygen therapy device is continuously controlled via the solenoid valves with a continuously positive pressure 6 indicating the oxygen to air ratio.
The present invention can be used for controlled oxygen therapy, especially in premature infants, infants suffering from lung disease or other disease where acid-base balance disorder occurs.
