Description

Jedná sa hlavně o rózne druhy organických odpadov, ktoré neprebehli technologickým režimem a tým sú potenciálně nebezpečné.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for protecting against autoignition of solid pyrophoric flammable mixtures of organic substances, such as n-astra paint residues, organic reactants at normal temperature in admixture with inert substances and substance residues, which lose their reactivity during the process. In industry, especially in the field of heat-labile materials processing, such as blowing agents, but also in the area of coating materials with substances, substances are used which already at normal temperatures of 20 to 50 degrees C, respectively. up to 100 ° C are able to react spontaneously exothermic, which can lead to spontaneous temperature rise to such an extent that ignition of the substance occurs. Such substances are a major potential fire hazard. These are mainly various types of organic wastes that have not run through the technological regime and are thus potentially dangerous.

Sklon k takémuto chovaniu nebezpečnej látky je možno zistiť termickou analýzou predmetnej látky (DTA). Pokial' táto vlastnosť-samovoíná exotermická reakcia — voblasti 20 -až 100 °C nie je funkčnou vlastnosťou látky, možno potenciálně nebezpečie samioviZneteňiá odstrániť tým, že sa látka podrobí takým tepelným podmienkam, za ktorých exotermická reakcia prebehne kontrolované, takže předmětná látka přejde -do stavu, kedy v oblasti normálnych teplot 20 až 50 °C, resp. ÍOO ’°C, nemóže dojsť k intenzívnejšej exotermickej reakcii. The tendency towards such behavior of the hazardous substance can be determined by thermal analysis of the substance (DTA). If this property-self-exothermic reaction - in the range of 20 to 100 ° C is not a functional property of the substance, the potential hazard itself can be eliminated by subjecting the substance to the thermal conditions under which the exothermic reaction is controlled so that the substance passes into the in the normal temperature range of 20 to 50 ° C, resp. 100 ° C, no more exothermic reaction can occur.

OF THE INVENTION The present invention is directed to a method of protecting against autoignition of solid pyrophoric flammable mixtures of organic substances by heating the non-flammable material by spraying with hot water or steam or air for 5 minutes to 1 hour at 60 to 100 ° C. and then cooling it with cold water or cold air to a temperature of 20 to 40 ° C.

Príklad1Example1

A layer of spraying of paint sprays (f-arba S 2029) with a flame-retardant coating is heated with hot water 80 to 100 ° C so that the temperature of the protected mass is 60 to 80 ° C during 15 minutes. In the case of overheating due to the self-exothermic reaction, which results in the matter being dried, the substance is moistened with hot water. EXAMPLE 2 The compounds of Example 1 are heated with steam for 15 minutes to 1 hour with continuous humidification, then allowed to cool or cooled, with suspended cold water. Example »The substances according to Example 1 are heated with hot air (from openings located in the floor areas) to 80 to 100 degrees C with the addition of hot water for 15 minutes to 1 hour. Example 4 Substances according to Example 1 or mixtures thereof with organic substances in a powder or lump waste or a mixture of low-concentration oxidizing inorganic substances such as chroman, manganese salt, nitro compounds in a mixture with organic waste, are collected in reservoirs equipped with temperature measurement and steam or hot water inlet and cold water. By heating, boiling water or hot air with the addition of hot water, the contents are heated to 60 to 10 ° C while measuring the temperature and its rise to not more than 100 ° C. After 5 minutes to 1 hour (length determined by thermal analysis), the content is cooled by spontaneous or forced cooling water.
