Abstract
Zapojenie univerzálneho elektronického zdroja pilotnej frekvencie k regulovaniu a ciachovaniu elektromerov je zdrojom pilotnej frekvencie v zariadeniach pre regulovanie, preskúšavanie, ciachovanie a testovanie všetkých druhov a typov elektromerov, ktoré umožňuje na základe nastavenej hodnoty záťaže skúšaného elekromeru pomocou ciachovacej stanice vytvoriť takú vý- stupnú frekvenciu, ktorá zodpovedá požadovanému počtu impulzov na 1 otáčku skú šaného elektroměru.The connection of a universal electronic pilot frequency source to the regulation and calibration of electricity meters is a pilot frequency source in devices for regulating, checking, calibrating and testing all kinds and types of electricity meters, which allows, based on the set load value of the tested electricity meter, to create an output frequency using a calibration station that corresponds to the required number of pulses per 1 revolution of the tested electricity meter.
Description
Vynález rieši zapojenie univerzálneho elektrického zdroja pilotnej frakvencie k regulovaniu a ciachovaniu elektromerov, ktoré pri ciachovaní a regulovaní elektromerov nahradí všetky používané elektromechanické jednorozsahové zdroje pilotnej frekvencie. The invention solves the connection of a universal electric source of pilot fraction to the regulation and calibration of electricity meters, which replaces all used electromechanical single-range sources of pilot frequency when calibrating and controlling electricity meters.
Electromechanical sources of pilot frequency, which require 1000 pulses per revolution of controlled or calibrated electrometer - examiner, are used to increase labor productivity and automate these works. As a source of the pilot frequency are still used today in CSSR and abroad classic electricity meters - pilot meters, with 1,000 marks on the circumference of the disc, or a different number of marks. However, such a pilot meter is only capable of being used for one type of tester, depending on the meter constant - rpm / kWh.
V důsledku uvedeného je doteraz potřebný pre každý druh skúšaného elektromera samostatný pilotný elektroměr, ktorý vo všetkých vybraných bodoch záťaže stanovených ČSN normou je naregulovaný na minimálnu chybu blížiacu sa k + 0.As a result of this, a separate pilot electricity meter is required for each type of meter being tested, which is regulated to a minimum error approaching + 0 at all selected load points specified by the ČSN standard.
The above-mentioned shortcomings of the current state of acquisition of the pilot frequency for the control, calibration and calibration of electricity meters are eliminated by the connection of a universal electronic pilot frequency source, which consists in the measurement circuit and electronic converter of AC to DC the output to which the DC-to-DC converter is connected, to the output of which the electronic DC-to-frequency converter is connected, the output of which is connected to the frequency divider.
Zapojením univerzálneho elektronického zdroja pilotnej frekvencie k regulovaniu a ciachovaniu elektromerov podl'a vynálezu sa nahradia všetky doteraz potřebné typy a druhy pilotných elektromerov jedno i trojfázových. Vhodnou volbou odbočky přepínatelných prevodov přístrojových transformátorov ciachovacej stanice, prevodníka jednosměrného prúdu na jednosměrné napátia a deliča frekvencie sa dosiahnu všet-By connecting a universal electronic pilot frequency source to the regulation and calibration of the electricity meters according to the invention, all the previously needed types and types of pilot electricity meters, both single and three-phase, are replaced. By suitable selection of the tap changers of the calibration transformers of the calibration station, the DC / DC converter and the frequency divider all
