Description
Vynález sa týká zariadenia na hydraulické miešanie a aeráciu kvapalín, vhodného najmá pre úpravu vody.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an apparatus for hydraulic mixing and aeration of liquids, particularly suitable for water treatment.
Currently, separate devices are used for hydraulic mixing and aeration. For aeration, these are different types of aerates in which liquid is sprayed into the air stream in various ways. For hydraulic stirring, conical reactors are used with a tangentially coupled inlet of mixed liquid which, by spiral movement, exits into the expanded portion of the conical reactor and from there to the next technological stage. The mixing in these devices has low efficiency and the distribution of dissipated energy obtained by pressure hydraulic loss is uneven. The greatest energy dissipation is at the reactor walls.
Popísané nedostatky sú čiastočne odstráňené zariadením na hydraulické miešanie a aeráciu kvapalín, pozostávajúceho z reaktora, opatřeného prívodom reakčnej zmesi s tangenciálně napojeným prívodným potrubím, ďalej odplyňovacím prepadom, odvodům reakčnej zmesi a odvodom prebytočného, vzduchu, podlá vynálezu. The described drawbacks are partially overcome by a fluid mixing and aeration apparatus consisting of a reactor having a reaction mixture inlet with a tangentially connected supply line, a degassing overflow, a reaction mixture outlet and an excess air outlet according to the invention.
It is an object of the invention to provide an ejector nozzle in the inlet duct, and the inlet duct is further provided with at least one air inlet opening into the vacuum zone of the ejector nozzle.
Ejektorová tryska umožňuje súčasne homogenizáciu chemikálií, připadne přidávaných k miešanej kvapaline. At the same time, the ejector nozzle allows the homogenization of the chemicals, if any, added to the mixed liquid.
Zavedením vzduchu do podtlakovej zóny ejektorovej trysky zvyšuje sa účinnost homogenizácie chemikálií přidávaných k miešanej kvapaline a dochádza k přestupu prchavých látok do vzduchu.By introducing air into the vacuum zone of the ejector nozzle, the homogenization efficiency of the chemicals added to the mixed liquid is increased and the volatiles are transferred to the air.
Přestup sa riadi přenosovými kinetickými rovnicami a koncentračným gradientem. V rozšírenom objeme reaktora dochádza k vybublávaniu vzduchu a unikajúce vzduchové bubliny zvyšujú účinnost miešania. Tangenciálně napojenie potrubia prlvádzajúce reakčnú zmes umožňuje rozptýlenie unikajúceho vzduchu do celého reaktora. The transfer is governed by transfer kinetic equations and a concentration gradient. Air is bubbled in the expanded reactor volume and escaping air bubbles increase mixing efficiency. The tangential connection of the pipeline through the reaction mixture allows the escaping air to be dispersed throughout the reactor.
„ Na pripojenom výkrese je znázorněný příklad prevedenia zariadenia poodla vynálezu.'The accompanying drawing shows an example of an embodiment of a device according to the invention.
Zariadenie pozostáva z reaktora 1 kuželovitého tvaru, opatřeného prívodom 12 reakčnej zmesi, s tangenciálně napojeným prívodným potrubím 2, dalej odplyňovacím prepadom 13 a odvodom 14 reakčnej zmesi i odvodom 15 prebytočného vzduchu. V zúženej časti trysky dochádza k zrýchleniu prúdenia reakčnej zmesi a vytvoreniu podtlaku v podtlakové] zóně 3 ejektorovej trysky 21. Do podtlakovej zóny 23 ejektorovej trysky 21 sa prívodmi 22 privádza vzduch. Reakčná zmes s jemne rozptýleným vzduchom sa tangenciálně zaústěným potrubím 2 cez přívod 12 privádza ďo spodně] užšej časti kuželovitého reaktora 1. Spirálovým prúdením vystupuje do horné] časti kuželovitého reaktora 1, kde cez hranu 18 přepadá do odplyňovacieho přepadu 13 a odvodom 14 reakčnej zmesi prechádza do ďalšieho technologického zariadenia. The apparatus consists of a conical-shaped reactor 1 provided with a reaction mixture inlet 12 with a tangentially connected supply line 2, a degassing overflow 13 and a reaction mixture outlet 14 as well as an excess air outlet 15. In the supply line 2 an ejector nozzle 21 is built into the vacuum zone 23, which has air intakes 22. The reaction mixture is fed to the supply line 2 via the ejector nozzle 21. In the tapered part of the nozzle, the flow of the reaction mixture is accelerated and The vacuum zone 23 of the ejector nozzle 21 receives air through the inlets 22. The finely divided air mixture is fed tangentially through line 2 through the inlet 12 to the lower part of the conical reactor 1. It flows through the helical flow into the upper part of the conical reactor 1 where it flows over the edge 18 into the degassing overflow 13 and passes to another technological equipment.
Vzduch přivedený do reakčnej zmesi v reaktore 1 prechádza vrstvou reakčnej zmesi, pričom ju dalej premiešava a súčasne dochádza k aerácii. Využitý vzduch sa odvá- ’ dza odvodom 15 prebytočného vzduchu. The air fed to the reaction mixture in the reactor 1 passes through the reaction mixture layer, stirring it further while aerating. The air used is taken out of the exhaust air 15.
Reaktor v zariadení podlá vynálezu móže byť rózneho tvaru a připadne móžu byť v ňom zaradené hydraulické zarážky. Ako alternácia ejektorovej tryskyujióže sa pre vháňanie .reakčnej zmesi do prívodného potrubia gabudovať injektor, alebo sa móže použit tlakové vháňanie vzduchu, připadne prstencový vodný skok. The reactor in the apparatus according to the invention may be of different shape and, if appropriate, may include hydraulic stops. As an alternative to the ejector nozzle, an injector may be set up to inject the reaction mixture into the supply line, or an annular water jump may be used.
