Description
The invention relates to a lubricating and / or lubricating micro-lubricating thread-aiding agent based on polydimethylsiloxane.
Moderně šijacéo stroje sa vyznačujú vysokými pracovnými rýchlosťaml, pri ktorých teplota ihly dosiahne až niekolko sto °C, preto je potřebné zabránit priamemu dotyku n;te s vodiacimi kovovými, elementami a ihlou šijacieho stroja použitím vhodných preparácií.Modern sewing machines are characterized by high working speeds at which the needle temperature reaches several hundred ° C, therefore it is necessary to avoid direct contact n ; with guide metal, elements and sewing machine needle using appropriate preparations.
For the preparation of yarns are used: solid paraffin, paraffin emulsion, mineral and vegetable oils, waxes, fatty acid esters, polyglycols, alkoxylates, silicones. These improve the sliding properties of the yarns exposed to the shear stage at considerable shear speeds while avoiding mechanical and thermal destruction of the yarns. Of particular importance is the use of formulations in polyester yarns which are very susceptible to thrombothermic damage. The bulk of the polyester thread preparation compositions are based on silicone emulsions which are thermally stable and have good performance at higher temperatures.
Disadvantage of emulsions used so far! is that, due to their low viscosity, they cause heavy contamination of the machinery as well as the air at the application roller site as a result of the microdroplets of the emulsion dropping off the surface of the yarn treated in this manner. As a rule, the microdroplets also contain a non-ionic emulsifier or a mixture of non-ionic emulsifiers, which are generally characterized by an irritating effect on the ocular mucosa, which makes handling difficult to apply. The low viscosity of the emulsions is often the cause of the lubricant flowing off as a result of which the applied amount is not uniform.
Čiastočné sa tieto nedostatky odstránili mazacím a mastlacím prípravkom podfa AO 208 610, ktorý chrání použitie emulzie silikonového oleja pripravenej inverziou. RelaTabulka 1.In part, these drawbacks have been eliminated by the lubricating and lubricating formulation of AO 208 610, which protects the use of an inverse-prepared silicone oil emulsion. RelaTabulka 1.
The coarse-dispersive silicone oil emulsions of AO 189 817 are also less stable. Emulsions in general are thermodynamically unstable systems which, due to the high interfacial energy, are subject to stratification in both application and storage.
This drawback is overcome by the lubricating and / or lubricating microemulsion formulation according to the invention, which consists of 20 to 32 wt. parts of polydimethylsiloxane having a viscosity of 200 mPa. 18 to 35 wt. parts by weight of a fatty alcohol having a carbon number of 10 to 14 oxyethylated on average 2 to 6 molar parts of ethylene oxide per 1 molar part of alcohol, 3 to 7 wt. parts of alcohol having a carbon number of 3 to 8 and 30 to 40 parts by weight, parts of water.
Silicone oil based microemulsions are thermodynamically stable and are characterized by high viscosity. The thermodynamic stability of the microemulsion provides better technological certainty. High viscosity has, in addition to a certain viscosity margin under triboternic stress, the additional advantage that such lubricants do not tend to splash, thus eliminating the emission of micro-drops to the environment during application of the preparation and the problem of run-off from the yarn.
