Abstract

Očelem řešeni je zlepšeni funkce drtícího zařízeni pri současném snížení pracnosti výroby zařízeni. Zařízeni pro drcení tvarovaných krmiv,pokrutinovýcb ezpelerů, spečených krmných surovin a granulovaných úaušku, sestává z drticích válců složených ze segmentů, na jejichž povrchu jsou vytvořeny povrchové drážky s tvarem písmene U, s rozměrem hloubky ku délce v rozmezí 1:5, přičemž drážkované segmenty jsou vzájemně přesazeny o polovinu rozteče.The solution is to improve the function crushing equipment while reducing laborious manufacturing equipment. Vynález řeší tvar drticích elementů tvořících válce prodrceni tvarovaných krmiv, pokrutinových expelerú, spečenýchkrmných surovin a granulovaných ůsušků.The invention solves the shape of crushing elements forming rollers by crushing shaped feeds, cake expellers, sintered feed materials and granulated dryers.

Známé zařízení je tvořeno soustavou drtících válců,opatře-ných na povrchu dvěma řadami předlitých klínových zubů. Zubyjednoho válce se zasouvají do zubů druhého válce pouze na ta-kovou vzdálenost, ja-kou umožňují rozměrové úchylky odlitků.The known device consists of a set of crushing rollers provided on the surface with two rows of cast wedge teeth. Uvedený nedostatek řeší zařízeni pro drceni podle vynále-zu, sestávající z drticích válců, jehož podstata spočívá v tom,že drtici válce jsou složeny ze segmentů, na jejichž povrchujsou vytvořeny povrchové drážky, jejichž hloubka ku délce jev rozmezí poměru 1:5.
