Abstract
The object of the invention is to stimulate seed using a trlboelectric effect that it creates a stable high effect on stimulated seed at minimum cost adjustment. The essence of the pre-adjusted arrangement is that the seed is subjected to rolling Si sliding friction with a surface of triboelectric active substances, optionally multiple- and single contact with this substance. The essence the seed stimulating device is a tube triboelectrically active, obliquely stored, connected to drive, with over a tube of triboelectrically active material a hopper is placed. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION it is furthermore that the hopper is formed triboelectrically active material.
Description
The invention relates to a method for the chair stimulation of seed.
úpravy osiva a zařízeni k provádění tohoto způsobu, seed treatment and equipment for carrying out this method,
To věak bývá, zejména u polí elektrických, spojeno s různými potížemi technického rázu.Up to now, seed stimulation has generally been carried out by dipping in various solutions, for example succinic acid or auxins. Such stimulation is laborious and is linked and re-drying the seed. Therefore, this method has not been applied in practice despite quite good results. Much more advantageous is the use of physical stimulation methods. It is used mostly by artificial magnetic or electric fields. However, this is often associated with various technical problems, especially in the case of electric fields.
The above-mentioned disadvantages are overcome by the method of the present invention, which consists in producing a triboelectric effect by rubbing the seed against the surface of the triboelectrically active substance. The invention further provides an apparatus for carrying out this method, comprising a rotatable tube of triboelectrically active material, inclined, connected to the drive, and a hopper is positioned above the rotatable tube. The invention is furthermore characterized in that the hopper is formed of a triboelectrically active material.
Triboelektrická předsetová úprava představuje velmi jednoduchý a progresivní způsob zavedení elektrického pole do osiva. Triboelectric pre-treatment is a very simple and progressive way of introducing an electric field into the seed. The use of triboelectric effect in the chair's seed treatment results in faster growth of germinates, cultivated plants have a higher yield. Harvesting is early. Stimulation is achieved with minimal energy consumption as opposed to other physical stimulation methods, the effect being reliable and with higher parameters than stimulation, eg by a magnetic field.
An example of the stimulation device according to the invention is schematically indicated in the accompanying drawing, which represents a continuous method of presiding.
The device consists of a tube J of triboelectrically active material, inclined, connected to the drive. The tube has an outer rolling bearing 2. Its inner surface is smooth or suitably structured. A hopper 4 made of triboelectrically active substance is placed above the tube 1.
The seed to be treated with the hopper 4 is fed into the inclined tube 1 from the triboelectrically active substance. The tube is rotated about its axis using both drive and gear. At the opposite end, the seed leaves the tube. Suitable materials for forming the oblique tube J of the triboelectrically active substance are, for example, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, plexiglass or glass. E.g. when using a polyvinyl chloride tube, stimulated tomato seed was 15% more profitable compared to seed unaffected and harvested 7 to 10 days earlier.
The device can be made to continuously stimulate the seed, wherein the seed is dosed in an amount sufficient for continuous stimulation. It is also possible to fill the rotatable tube 1 of triboelectrically active material with a suitable amount of seed once, then by rotating the said stimulation of this amount of seed and by rotating the contents of the treated seed. The drive 2 can be formed in a manner for rotational or vibration movement in connection to the tube and to the triboelectrically active material.
