Abstract

Vynález rieši zavesovanie textilu, ktorý má byť často praný a z toho dóvodu často zvesovaný a vyvěšovaný. Vynález sa zaoberá konštrukclou výrobku na závěsné uchytenie textilu. Výrobok pozostáva z dvoch druhov konštrukčných dielcov vyrobených z pružnej a přitom pevnej plastickej hmoty. Objímka má vo svojej hornej časti otvor pre zasunutie dvoch častí zvierky. Tento otvor sa smerom k spodnej časti z dvoch stráň ihlanovite rozšiřuje, pre dosiahnutie prítlačnej sily zvierky, ktorá zviera vyvěšovaný textil. Zvierka je opatřená očkom, zárezom, nastavovacími zúbkami a sústavou výstupkov a priehlbín. Predmet vynálezu je možné využit na upevňovanie textilu ako záclon, závesov, utierok, uterákov a iného vyvěšovaného materiálu. The invention solves the hanging of the textile, which is often washed and often hung and hoisted.

The present invention is concerned with the construction of a fabric suspension article. The product consists of two types of structural components made of flexible yet rigid plastic.

The sleeve has an opening in its upper part for receiving two parts of the clamp. This opening extends in a pyramid-like direction towards the bottom of the two sides to achieve the clamping force of the clamp that carries the hanging fabric. The clamp is provided with an eye, a notch, an adjusting tooth and a set of protrusions and recesses.

The subject matter of the invention can be used to fasten textiles such as curtains, drapes, wipes, towels and other hanging material.

The object of the invention is most clearly shown in Fig. 1.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fabric hinge attachment, such as a curtain, hinge, towel, and the like.

Until now, textile gripping has been done by means of curtains of metallic materials and plastics, where the thrust force is exerted by a spring or by a pressure screw. Another way of gripping them is with hooks, which are directly boiled into curtains or sewn on curtains. Fixing curtains using classic curtain pegs is done after every wash because the pegs cannot be washed with a curtain. Another disadvantage is the relatively strenuous attachment of the curtain, mostly in the overhead position, with both hands being used and the possibility of falling and injuring the person making the grip. Fastening the fabric with a hook with a screw is lengthy and not strong enough. Another disadvantage of currently used products is their dedicated use either on a curtain or on a towel and cloth.

These drawbacks are solved by the subject matter of the invention, the essence of which is the pyramidal shape of the sleeve opening and the clamp, their mutual position being fixed by adjusting teeth located in the central part of the clamp. The advantages of the subject matter of the invention are that the pyramidal shape and the adjusting teeth make it possible to fix the spacing of the clamps relative to one another and thereby fix the spit coarse material. The material used and the method of gripping allow the textile (curtains, drapes, cloths, etc.) to be washed together with the peg. The notches on the clamping eyelet of the clamp are rotated 180 ° to each other, which allows for simple attachment of the pin together with the suspended fabric to the suspension element (cable, ring or hook) by sliding and turning to the notches.

In the following, a description of the individual parts of one particular embodiment of the invention is made using the drawing. The suspension tab is comprised of three parts, a sleeve 1 and a clamp 2. The sleeve is a prism with an opening which has a pyramid-shaped shape in the lower part, the upper part is provided on both short sides to fix the clamp 2 by means of adjusting teeth 5. The clamps have a rectangular shape , a projection 3 is arranged in the upper part thereof and a recess 3 engages the recess 4 when the two pieces of the clamp 2 are assembled against each other. The clamp is provided with an eye 6 with a notch 7 in the upper part, which allows the washing pin to be hung on the hinge element (hook, rope, curtain ring). In the lower part, the clamp 2 is provided with a set of checker-shaped projections 3 and depressions 4 such that depressions are opposite the projections of the folded product. The hollow shape of the opening 8 in the sleeve 1 and the pyramidal shape of the clamp 2 allows the textile 3 to be clamped between the checkerboard projections 3 and the recesses 4 and fix the position of the clamp 2 in the sleeve 1 by means of adjusting teeth 5 according to the ridge of the fabric to be fastened. By inserting two parts of the clamp 2 into the sleeve 1, a double hinge loop is provided at the upper part, provided with notches 7.

The use of the subject matter of the invention is a washing clip for hanging a textile (curtain, curtain, cloth, towel, etc.).

Insert the fabric to be fixed between the checkerboard projections 3 and the recesses 4 on the clamp 2, insert the clamp into the opening 8 in the sleeve 1 until it stops, where the position is fixed by the adjusting teeth 5, whereby the textile is fastened.
