Abstract
Spádové potrubí pro dopravu abrazivních materiálůDownpipe for transport of abrasive materials
Description
Vynález ee týká spádového potrubí pro dopravu abrazivních materiálů, zejména pro dopravu zakládky v hlubinných dolech, lomech a ostatních provozech·The invention relates to a downcomer for the conveyance of abrasive materials, in particular for the transport of landfill in underground mines, quarries and other operations.
Presently, the downcomer with internal ribs along its entire length is known from abrasion-resistant material or from intermittent hardwood lining, which wear very quickly and have a short service life. A disadvantage of the known types of downcomer is that they are not abrasion resistant due to the different base material. Also, the fact that the pipeline thrust is not optimally perpendicular to the downcomer is also adversely affected. Therefore, most of these types of pipelines have not worked well in operation.
Working conditions for their repair and replacement are very difficult because they are mostly working in a pit. In order to improve the operating conditions and increase the service life of the pipeline, a number of adjustments are made, such as sliding sleeves or wall reinforcement at abrasion points.
In practice, however, it has been shown that the most effective protection of the inner part of the pipeline is the protection of the conveyed - tempered material itself. These problems are solved by the downcomer for conveying the abrasive materials according to the invention, which is based on the fact that the metal pipes are provided with fixed annular partitions fixed at regular intervals on the inner surface.
The advantages of the device according to the invention are manifested in particular by the fact that a part of the conveyed material is trapped on the bulkheads inside the pipeline and this creates a protective truncated cone at individual points of the bulkheads and thus avoids abrasion of the walls of the downcomer. The downcomer for conveying abrasive materials according to the invention will significantly increase the service life of the downcomer used mainly in underground mines, quarries and other operations.

The downcomer according to the invention consists of metal pipes 1 preferably made of abrasion-resistant material, supplemented in the inner part of the pipes 1 with baffles 2 in the form of an annulus welded over the entire circumference. The outer diameter of the annulus corresponds to the diameter of the pipe 1 and the inner diameter is a quarter to a fifth less the inner diameter of the pipe 1, independent of the material being conveyed.
Dopravovaný materiál vytvoří takto na vrchní ploše jednotil vých přepážekTochrannou vrstvu pod sypným úhlem a další dopravovaný materiál sklouzává již po této vrstvě, čímž je chráněn vlastní plášl spádového potrubí proti otěru, nebol tímto je tok směru materiálu odvrácen do středu potrubí.The material to be conveyed thus forms a protective layer at the angle of repose on the top surface of the individual bulkheads, and the other material to be conveyed slips along this layer, thereby protecting the downcomer casing itself against abrasion.
