Abstract
A device for treating open jumps tissues. The invention belongs to the Department of Medical Devices and solves the treatment device open tissue jumps. Its essence is in that the inlet opening of the insulating bag is a sterile bacterial attached tube a filter with a sterile filter material, wherein the filter material is sterile it is attached to the inlet portion of the bacterial filter a control valve to which it is connected on the one hand, a compressed air source and on the other hand oxygen source. The invention is illustrated FIG.
Description
The invention relates to an apparatus for treating open tissue damage providing a sterile oxygen-rich environment in the vicinity of tissue damage, in particular associated with open fractures, without the use of cover and dressing materials.
To date, the treatment of open fractures and other open tissue defects has been carried out using conventional dressing and dressing materials. The wound after such treatment did not have enough oxygen, which at the repair stage requires even more than under normal circumstances, actually the tissues were irritated by the dressing and dressing material and the freshly formed epithelium, which is essentially one layer of newly formed epithelial cells he pulled the bandages and thus the healing was delayed early. Likewise, the risk of infection with such a treatment was high and secondary infectious complications occurred many times. Recently, devices have emerged that have been able to create an abacterial to sterile environment around a tissue defect. However, they did not solve the problem of increased oxygen demand in reparation processes taking place in the early healing period.
This drawback is remedied by a device according to the invention, which is characterized in that a bacterial filter with a sterile filter substance is connected to the inlet opening of the insulating bag and a control valve with a pressure gauge is connected to the inlet part of the bacterial filter. and the oxygen source.
Výhody zariadenia podfa vynálezu sú v použití zmesi kyslík — vzduch v pomere 1 :The advantages of the device according to the invention are the use of an oxygen-air mixture in a ratio of 1:
: 2,5 ako sterilnej mikroklímy v izolačnom vaku, ktorým sa urýchlia reparačné procesy prebiehajúce v rané, čím se skráti doba liečenia defektu tkaniva a podstatné sa zmenší riziko infekcie.2.5 as a sterile microclimate in an insulating bag, which speeds up the repair processes taking place in the early, reducing the time to treat a tissue defect and significantly reducing the risk of infection.
