Abstract
Device for the treatment of open tissue spurs. The invention belongs to the field of medical devices and solves a device for the treatment of open tissue spurs. Its essence is that a bacterial filter with a sterile filter material is connected to the inlet opening of the isolation bag by a sterile tube, while a control valve is connected to the inlet part of the bacterial filter, to which both a pressurized air source and an oxygen source are connected. The invention is shown in Fig.

The invention belongs to the Department of Medical Devices and addresses a device for treating open tissue damage. The essence of this is that a bacterial filter with a sterile filter substance is attached to the inlet opening of the insulating bag by a sterile tubing, and a control valve is connected to the inlet portion of the bacterial filter, to which is connected both a pressure air source and an oxygen source. The invention is illustrated in FIG.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for treating open tissue damage providing a sterile oxygen-rich environment in the vicinity of tissue damage, particularly associated with open fractures, without the use of dressings and dressings.
To date, the treatment of open fractures and other open tissue defects has been done with conventional cover and dressing materials. The wound after such treatment did not have enough oxygen, which at the repair stage requires even more than normal, actually the tissues were irritated by the covering and dressing material and the freshly formed epithelium, which is essentially one layer of newly formed epithelial cells at the early healing stage the bandages were torn down and the healing process was prolonged. Similarly, the risk of infection was high in this treatment, and secondary infectious complications occurred many times. Recently, such devices have emerged that have been able to produce an abacterial and sterile environment around the tissue defect. However, they did not solve the problem of the increased need for oxygen in the repair processes that take place in the early healing process.
This drawback is eliminated by the device according to the invention, which is based on the fact that a bacterial filter with a sterile filter substance is attached to the inlet opening of the insulating bag by means of a sterile tubing, and a pressure gauge control valve is connected to the inlet portion of the bacterial filter. and an oxygen source. The advantages of the device according to the invention are in the use of an oxygen-air mixture in the ratio of 1: 2.5 as sterile microclimate in an insulating bag, which accelerates the reparative processes occurring in the early, thereby reducing the time of treatment of the tissue defect and substantially reducing the risk of infection.
