Abstract
Zariadenie je vhodné pre etážové a ústředně vykurovacie kotly na plynné a tekuté palivo. Podstata zariadenia spočívá v tom, že je tvořené samostatným přepínacím regulátorom, pozostávajúcim z hradítka zabudovaném v prívodnom potrubí, otočné uloženom aspoň v jednom čapě, pevne spojenom s ramenom, ktoré je cez hriadel'ku otočné spojené s kotvou ovládacieho prvku. Zariadením sa dosiahne zvýšenie ekonomiky prevádzky.The device is suitable for multi-storey and central heating boilers for gas and liquid fuel. The essence of the device is that it is formed by a separate switching regulator, consisting of a damper built into the supply pipe, rotatably mounted in at least one pin, firmly connected to the arm, which is rotatably connected to the armature of the control element via a shaft. Predmetom vynálezu je zariadenie pre úsporu spotřeby plynných, tekutých paliv vo vykurovacích zariadeniach s krátkodobým priškrtením zdroja tepla s možnosťou využitia pri ústredných i lokálnych vykurovacích spotrebičoch.It is an object of the invention to provide a device for saving the consumption of gaseous, liquid fuels in heating installations with a short-term throttling of the heat source with the possibility of use in central and local heating appliances.
Podla súčasného stavu techniky sa vo vykurovacích zariadeniach reguluje chod různých druhov kotlov viacerými druhmi prístrojov. Najjednoduchšia regulácia je kotlovým termostatom. Rozšířená je automatická regulácia izbovým termostatom, ovládajúcim čerpadlo a horák. Pri příkonové váčších zdrojoch tepla sa používajú automatické regulácie so zmenšovačmi, termostatickými ventihni, pracujúcimi v závislosti na vonkajšej teplote. Takéto regulátory zaisťujú automatické nastavovanie teploty vykurovacej vody podla zvolenej závislosti na vonkajšej teplote. Běžné teplovodně vykurovacie rozvody sú počítané na teplotu prívodovej vody 90 °C a teplotný spád 20 °C. Izbové termostaty, připadne časové spínače sú prospůsobené na nočný pokles teploty vo vykuřovaných priestoroch. Ďalšie zníženie spotřeby paliv je možné dosiahnúť přídavným zariadením podla vynálezu, ktorého podstata spočívá v tom, že toto zariadenie je tvořené samostatným přepínacím regulátorom, pozostávajúcim z hradítka zabudovaného v prívodnom potrubí, otočné uloženom aspoň v jednom čapě, pevne spojenom s ramenom, ktoré je cez hriadelku otočné spojené s kotvou ovládacieho prvku.According to the state of the art, the operation of the various types of boilers in a plurality of apparatuses is regulated in heating installations. Hlavnou výhodou zariadenia podla vynálezu je zvýšenie ekonomiky jeho prevádzky, a to v priamej závislosti k nastaveným dížkam a poklesom dodávania přívodu paliva. Zariadenie je určené na krátkodobé zoškrcovanie přívodu paliva, pričom sa nepřerušuje, teda nezapína ani nevypíná ohrievací cyklus, v důsledku čoho sa ani neochladzuje ohnisko, ani komín, teplota vykurovacej vody i pri zníženej dodávke paliva neklesá.The main advantage of the device according to the invention is to increase the economy of its operation, in direct dependence on the set lengths and decrease in the supply of fuel. Funkcia zariadenia podía vynálezu význačnejšie neovplyvňuje zohriatu vykurovaciu sústavu. Na přívodně potrubie 1 je napojené zariadenie 2, pozostávajúce z hradítka 3 spojeného s čapom 4, napojeným ramenom 5, ktoré je cez hriadeíku 6 otočné spojené s kotvou 7 ovládacieho prvku 8, ktorým mčže byť například elektromagnetická cievka. V bližšie nerozkreslenom prepínacom regulátore 13 je možné nastavovat spínacie časy, připadne tieto i přestavovat na iné optimálnejšie varianty. Pri vonkajších teplotách trvale nižších než —5 °C doporučujú výrobcovia ponechat kotol v nepretržitej prevádzke počas celých 24 hodin. Horák je ovládaný len kotlovým termostatom nastaveným na 90 °C a teplota vody v kotli je preto stále udržovaná na tejto nastavenej teplote.
