Abstract

Rošt je určen pro zakryti kanálů s výkaly v chovech užitkových zvířat. Konstrukční úprava roštu umožňuje jednoduché sestavování roštů z profilových nosníků a profilových roštnic, přičemž lze s výhodou využít dílů z plastických hmot nebo kovových dílů chráněných povlakem z plastických hmot. Uvedeného účelu se dosáhne tím, že profilové roštnice jsou uloženy do drážek v profilových nosnících a jejich vzájemná poloha je zajištěna spojovací tyčí, která prochází otvory ve stojinách roštnic a uvnitř zaoblení, které tvoří stojina profilového nosníku a průhyb horní plochy profilového nosníku.The grate is intended for covering channels with excrement in livestock farms. The structural arrangement of the grate enables simple assembly of grates from profile beams and profile gratings, whereby it is possible to advantageously use parts made of plastic or metal parts protected by a plastic coating. The stated purpose is achieved by the profile gratings being placed in grooves in the profile beams and their mutual position is secured by a connecting rod which passes through the holes in the grating webs and inside the roundings which form the web of the profile beam and the deflection of the upper surface of the profile beam.

V chovech zvířat, hlavně prasat a skotu, se dosud uplatňují hlavně rošty kovové, buď svařované z tyčové oceli nebo s lisovanými otvory v plechových profilových roštnicích. Kovové rošty mají v agresivním prostředí nízkou životnost, hlavně rošty z plechových nosníků.
