This does it will reduce aerodynamic losses, frictional rotation of the rotor and whirling the surrounding environment! on the premises between the rotor teeth and the inner diameter stator, allowing, in terms of electromagnetic, keep it optimal air gap.
Description
Vynález se týká zubového rotoru vysokootáčkového homopolárního elektrického stroje»The invention relates to a gear rotor of a high-speed homopolar electric machine »
S vThe rotors of high-speed high-voltage electric machines have a star-shaped cross-section whose teeth are separated by gaps. However, this shape, required for the electromagnetic function of the machine, has disadvantageous aerodynamic properties. The power of the homopolar machine increases with the rotational speed of the rotor. In terms of mechanical strength, rotors with a peripheral velocity approaching 400 ms are currently feasible. At high peripheral velocities, vortexing and friction in the surrounding gaseous environment convert a significant amount of energy into heat, representing power dissipation. Undesirable temperature increases occur in and around the rotor. Therefore, in order to reduce these losses, the rotor surface is sometimes covered by a thin-walled tube jacket made of a non-magnetic material, either metal or non-metallic. A non-magnetic metal sheath located outside the rotor teeth partially fills the gap between the active rotor body and the stator. The small gap between the housing and the stator and the alternating component of the magnetic field in the gap cause high losses due to eddy currents in the rotor housing. Again, a sufficiently large gap between the housing and the stator means an unacceptable increase in the active gap of the machine in terms of the field winding. Thin sheaths of non-metallic materials exhibit insufficient mechanical resistance at high speeds and are technologically demanding. St
ohledem na tlouštku pláště je rovněž nutno dimenzovat vzduchovou mezeruothe air gap must also be dimensioned with regard to the thickness of the jacket
Výše uvedené nedostatky jsou odstraněny u provedení podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že v mezerách mezi zuby jsou uspořádány výplně ž nemagnetického materiálu, přičemžThe above-mentioned drawbacks are eliminated in the embodiment according to the invention, characterized in that fillings of non-magnetic material are arranged in the gaps between the teeth,
232 100 vnězj^í obvodové povrchy výplní a zubů spolu tvoří obalovou válcovitou plochu·232 100 outer circumferential surfaces of fillers and teeth together form a cylindrical envelope surface
In particular, the solution according to the invention achieves a reduction in the aerodynamic losses resulting from the rotation of the rotor by friction and the swirling of the surrounding environment in the space between the rotor teeth and the internal diameter of the stator and an optimum air gap can be maintained. If non-metallic material is used on the filler, eddy current losses in the rotating parts are avoided.
Na připojeném výkresu na obr. 1 až 3 jsou znázorněny příklady provedení rotoru podle vynálezu v příčném řezu.1 to 3 show cross-sectional examples of a rotor according to the invention.
The fillings rest on the bearing surfaces 3 formed on the rotor body and are fastened to it by screws £ of nonmagnetic material, and in FIGS. 1 and 2, the two sets of screws 4 and Figure 3 of one row of screws · J. J. the screw heads are adapted to coincide with the outer cylindrical surface of the rotor 2 is required in FIGS <> 2 is provided with second oblong holes »CS which results in place of screws traversing holes J. I ·% in the elongate holes are arranged in the anchor rods J, the material preferably has a smaller mechanical strength than the material of the rotor 2 0 the anchor rods are provided with holes 8 with threads into which the screws 2 connecting the fillers 2 are screwed to the rotor housing.
The advantage of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is that only through holes are drilled in the rotor body, which is usually made of 2 steels of high strength and hardness, whereas the threaded holes 8 for the screws 4 are preferably made of an anchor rod. Lower mechanical strength than the rotor body material · This eliminates the technologically demanding threading into blind holes ·
