Tým možno získal tepelno izolaSný materiál o nízkaj objemovej jmotnoati a výhodnějšími vlastnoslami.Riashi invented a new heat-insulating material that consists of a combination of perlite, wood and cement. Wood material can be in the form of wool, chips or fibers. Heat- and sound-insulating material according to the invention, which is made of different proportions of perlite, wood material with cement and different volumetric weights of these basic raw materials. Perlite can replace 10 to 70% of the wood. The team may have obtained a heat-insulating material with a low bulk density and more favorable properties.
Description
The invention provides a cement-bonded insulating material. It is a new thermal and acoustic insulation material consisting of a combination of perlite, wood and cement. The wood mass may be in the form of wool, chips or fibers.
Insulation materials made on the basis of cement and suitable treated wood mass are generally known. Wood wool or wood chip and cement that have been produced so far contain large amounts of organic material - wood mass, are not resistant to fire, have a high bulk density and thus higher thermal conductivity, and at low bulk density have high compressibility and low strength. Materials made of perlite and cement - perlitbeton - at higher bulk density have high thermal conductivity and at lower bulk density they are brittle, friable and have low compression strength.
Tým možno získat tepelno-izolačný materiál o nizlíej objemovej hmotnosti s výhodnějšími tepelno-izolačnýrai a hlavně fyzikálně mechanickými vlastnosťami. The above-mentioned deficiencies are eliminated or significantly improved by the new type of heat-insulating material according to the invention, which is made of different ratios of perlite, wood mass and cement. 10 to 70% of wood mass can be replaced by pellit. In this way, it is possible to obtain a thermally insulating material of lower bulk density with more advantageous thermo-insulating materials and, in particular, physical-mechanical properties.
Perlit v tepelno-izolačnom materiále zvyšuje odolnost proti ohňů, zvyšuje odolnost proti mikroorganizmem a znižuje objemovú hmotnost. Perlite in a heat insulating material increases fire resistance, increases resistance to microorganisms and reduces bulk density. Wood material in the form of wool, chips or fibers serves as a reinforcement of this material, thereby increasing the compressive strength.

A further advantage of the novel heat-insulating material according to the invention is that it can be produced on the same machinery as that made from wood wool and cement or from wood chips and cement.
Príkladom izolačného materiálu podlá vynálezu je hmota vyrobená zmiešaním 2,4 kg perlitu /sypnej váhy 90 kg/m /,An example of an insulating material according to the invention is a mass produced by mixing 2.4 kg of perlite (bulk density 90 kg / m),
2,3. kg drevenej vlny, 9,0 kg cementu /PC-400/ a příslušného množstva vody. Vyrobený tepelno-izolačný materiál má po vysušení objemová hmotnost’ 318 kg/m , stlačitelnosť 10,2 % a tepelná vodivost’ 0,0611 Wm^k*1.2.3. kg of wood wool, 9.0 kg of cement (PC-400) and the corresponding amount of water. The heat insulating material produced after drying has a bulk density of 318 kg / m, a compressibility of 10.2% and a thermal conductivity of 0.0611 Wm · k * 1 .
The products according to the invention are applicable for the thermal or acoustic insulation of walls, roofs and other parts of buildings in the building industry, as well as of finished products in the production of building components.
