Vynález se týká- technologie výroby elektretů z polymerních filmů pro elektroakustickó· měniče a tento způsob se může využívat při výrobě elektretových membrán mikrofonů a reproduktorů. Cílem vynálezu je zvýšení povrchové hustoty náboje a zvýšení jeho časové stálostí. - Určeného cíle se dosahuje tím, že předložený způsob výroby elektretů z polymer- ' nich filmů Zahrnuje metalizaci povrchu ” polymerňího filmu a následující polarizaci v unipolárnim náboji korony, přičemž v. souladu s. vynálezem se· nemetalizováný povrch polymerňího filmu upravuje kladně nabitou keronou ve vodíkové atmosféře. -The invention relates to the technology of producing electrets from polymer films for electroacoustic transducers and this method can be used in the production of electret membranes of microphones and loudspeakers. The aim of the invention is to increase the surface density of the charge and increase its time stability. - The specified aim is achieved in that the presented method of producing electrets from polymer films includes metallization of the surface of the polymer film and subsequent polarization in a unipolar corona charge, while in accordance with the invention the non-metallized surface of the polymer film is treated with a positively charged corona in a hydrogen atmosphere. -
