Vynález sa týká insekticídnych a akaricídnych prostriedkov na ochranu poTnohospodárskych kultúr voči živočišným škodcom, ktoré sú na báze O-alkyl-S-chlórmetyl-N-alkylamidotiofosfátov.The invention relates to insecticidal and acaricidal compositions for the protection of agricultural crops against animal pests based on O-alkyl-S-chloromethyl-N-alkylamidothiophosphates.

Zemina, do ktorej sa založil pokus sa najprv vysušila, preosiala a upravila na žiadanú štruktúru. Takto připravená zemina sa rozvážila po 200 g pre jednu koncentráciu. Odvážená zemina sa nasypala do dvojlitrovej prachovnice spolu s presne naváženým prípravkom. Prachovnica sa uzatvorila a obsah sa miešal 5 minút na mechanickéj miešačke. Takto připravená zemina s prípravkom sa vsypala do valčekov (výška 12 cm, priemer 5 cm), vnútro ktorých bolo vystužené igelitovou fóliou, spodná časť igelitovej fólie sa připevnila o valček pomocou silónovej tkaniny a upevnila gumičkou. Takto upravený valček sa položil na Petriho mlsku - silonovou tkaninou smerom nadol. Do každého valčeka sa dalo 15 drOtovcov a povrch sa zalial 10 ml vody. Aby sa zabránilo kanibalizmu medzi jednotlivými drdtovcami, přidali sa do každého valčeka 3 semená kukuřice. Potom sa valčeky uložili do miestnosti s teplotou 22 i i 2 °C s příslušnou relativnou vlhkostou. Každá koncentrácia sa robila so 6 opakovaniami. Každé dva dni sa každý valček zalial 10 ml vody. Po 8 dňoch sa pokus vyhodnotil tak, že sa spočítali mrtvé drĎtovce. Z troch opakovaní sa vypočítalo priemerné percento mrtvých drĎtovcov. Ako Standard sa použil chlórmefos. The rollers were then placed in a room at both 22 ° C and 2 ° C with appropriate relative humidity. Each concentration was done with 6 replicates. Every two days 10 ml of water was poured into each roller. After 8 days, the experiment was evaluated by counting the dead cervix. Do valcov s priemerom 4 cm na spodnej časti opatřených gázou, sa vložilo 33 vošiek homogénnej populácie a přikrylo Petriho miskou. Upravená látka sa aplikovala ponořením vošiek (3 x 3 s), pričom použitá koncentrácie boli odstupňovaná podl'a geometrického radu 1,2. Po aplikácii sa vošky osušili na filtračnom papieri. Po osušení ea válce s voěkaml uložili do Petriho misiek, v ktorých bol vložený krúžok filtračného papiera. Kontrolou sú neošetrené vošky. Pre porovnanie sa používal Standard chlórmefos. Do Erlenmayerových baniek s vodovodnou vodou sa vložili rastliny fazule. Na liste sa nevysýchavým lepidlom ohraničila štvorcová plocha o straně 2,5 cm. Do Štvorca sa pomocou jemného štetca preniesli z chovu samice v počte 30 ks/štvorec. Ošetrenie sa robilo ponořením rastliny do upravenej zlúčeniny, pričom sa používali koncentrácie odstupňované podlá geometrického radu 1,2. Rastliny sa po ponoření uložili do temperovanej miestností (24 °C) s relativnou vlhkosťou 60 až 90 %. Kontrolou boli neoSetrené samice. Na porovnanie sa používal Standard chlórmefos.
