- PŘEDMĚT VYNÁLEZU 222 974 Způsob tváření válcovitých, konců hřídele rotoru k elektro-motorům o nízkém výkonu třením pod tlakem na vypuklé čelní plo-chy s větším radiálním rozšířením a funkčními vlastnostmi, od-povídajícími kluzným ložiskům, pomocí teploty třením a stlače-ním v třecím soukolí, převážně na stroji pro sváření třením,k přejímání osových zatížení v elektromotorech nebo pohonnýchjednotkách u domácích spotřebičů, kde vznikají vysoká osová za-tížení, např· ve šnekových převodech pro mixéry, vyznačující setím, že tvarovaný konec hřídele (3) se přitlačuje proti tvarova-címu třecímu dílu (13) uchycenému v pouzdru (14) ve vodítku (10),přičemž otáčením hřídele vzniká třecí teplo, tímto se tepelně atlakem vytvaruje žádaný tvar konce hřídele (3), načež se vytva-rovaný konee hřídele (3) ochladí v chladlo ím médiu· 1 výkres Uznáno vynálezem na základě výsledků expertizy, provedené Úřa-dem pro vynálezeotví a patentnictví, Berlín, DD
