Vynález se týká polymercementové podlahové hmoty pro vytváření souvislé, bezesporé podlahy na silikátových podkladech a pro opravy porušených podlah.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a polymer-cement flooring material for forming a continuous, non-defective floor on silicate substrates and for repairing damaged floors.
Until now, cement screed or polymer-cement compound has been used to form non-consistent silicate floors. The surface of these floors is smoothed or treated with self-leveling compounds based on synthetic resins to achieve the desired surface quality of dust-free and aesthetic effect. The process of forming such floors is lengthy, influenced by long setting time, laborious and yet physically mechanical properties of the floor surface are not satisfactory.
There are known polymer cementitious flooring compositions comprising cement, sand, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and pigment. Their disadvantage is mainly the long setting time. They are not suitable for leveling larger uneven surfaces. Since they have a relatively high water absorption, they cannot be used as final materials. When the dispersion of macromolecular substances is added, the mass coagulates because the cement and dispersion have different electrokinetic potential. Coagulation is further increased during the hydration of cement by the formation of free Ca, calcium ions.
Uvedené nevýhody odstraňuje polymercementové podlahová hmota, obsahující 30 až 70 hmotnostních dílů kameniva, 20 až 55 hmoinostních dílů cementu, 0,3 až 3 hmotnostní díly močoviny,These drawbacks are eliminated by a polymer-cement flooring composition comprising 30 to 70 parts by weight of aggregate, 20 to 55 parts by weight of cement, 0.3 to 3 parts by weight of urea,
0,05 až 0,5 hmotnostního dílu dekarboxylovaného a demetoxylovaného sulfoabietanu sodného, 3 až 15 hmotnostních dílů disperze makromolekulárních látek, např. polyvinylacetétové disperze nebo latexu, podlahová hmota podle vynálezu, jehož podstata spočívá v tom, že disperze makromolekulárních látek nebo latex je stabilizována kaseinem ve formě amonné, sodné, draselné nebo borité soli v množství 1 až 10 hmotnostních dílů na obsah disperze makromolekul ární látky nebo latexu.0.05 to 0.5 parts by weight of decarboxylated and demethoxylated sodium sulfoabietate, 3 to 15 parts by weight of a dispersion of macromolecular substances, eg a polyvinyl acetate dispersion or latex, a floor mass according to the invention, characterized in that the dispersion of macromolecular substances or latex is stabilized casein in the form of an ammonium, sodium, potassium or borate salt in an amount of 1 to 10 parts by weight per dispersion content of the macromolecular substance or latex.
The mechanical and physical properties of the flooring material are enhanced when it comprises a fibrous reinforcing filler in which the ratio of the sum of silica and alumina to the sum of calcium and magnesium oxide is in the range of 1.5 to 3.5, eg asbestos fiber or basalt fiber, with a maximum length of 5 mm and in an amount of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight.
Hmota podle vynálezu je způsobilá pro aplikaci v průmyslové a občanské výstavbě, v tloušťce až 50 mm.The advantages of the polymereement flooring material according to the invention are short setting time, low water absorption, mechanical strength and aesthetic appearance. For these properties it can be used in the final surface treatment of seamless floors. Dilute to the desired consistency with water. It can be applied in a single technological step to compensate for unevenness of the base and at the same time to finish the surface properties of the floor. The material can be laid even in thicker layers than previously known floor materials and after setting the surface is smooth and dust-free. As early as 24 hours after application, the floor is resistant to impact deformation. The composition according to the invention is suitable for application in industrial and civil construction, up to 50 mm thick.
A silicofluoride hardening accelerator can be applied to accelerate the setting and hardening times of the mass. Caseinate can be protected against the negative effects of microorganisms with a preservative, such as phenol, pentachlorophenol, betanaphthol, sodium fluoride, salicylic acid. A pigment may be added to the floor mixture to enhance aesthetic effects. Compared to commercial smoothing materials, the inventive flooring material has a 15% lower bulk density and a 25% higher hardness. Its thermal properties are also more advantageous. The thermal resistance is up to 30% higher and the thermal conductivity is 40% lower.

Podlahovou hmotu tvoří dvě složky. První je suchá směs, obsahující 50 hmotnostních dílů vápencové drtě o zrnitosti 0 až 1 mm, 40 hmotnostních dílů bílého cementu, 1,5 hmotnostních dílů močoviny a 0,2 hmotnostních dílů dekarboxylovaneho a demetoxy1ováného sulfoabietanu sodného. The floor mass consists of two components. The first is a dry blend comprising 50 parts by weight of limestone crumb having a grain size of 0 to 1 mm, 40 parts by weight of white cement, 1.5 parts by weight of urea and 0.2 parts by weight of decarboxylated and demethoxylated sodium sulfoabietate. Pro přípravu finální podlahové hmoty se smíchá 100 hmotnostních dílů první suché složky s 10 hmotnostními díly polyvinylacetátové disperze stabilizované kaseinátem sodným a s 15 hmotnost222 93SFor the preparation of the final floor mass, 100 parts by weight of the first dry component are mixed with 10 parts by weight of sodium caseinate-stabilized polyvinyl acetate dispersion and 15 parts by weight of 2222 93S.
