Abstract

The invention solves a door insert of a vertical manufacturing device with a fixed lower threshold for the manufacture of reinforced concrete partition and wall panels. The subject of the invention is a door insert, the fixed part of which is attached to the bottom. The door insert is connected to the movable sidewalls by vertical or oblique levers on both sides of the box. At the same time, the upper fixed and movable door inserts have a chimney to allow the panel to be torn away by the oblique market as it is removed from the mold. An advantage of the invention is the reduction of undercuts and the improvement of the quality of the partition and wall panels.

Description

The invention solves door inserts for elements of a vertical production device for the production of wall and partition panels.

Known are methods of forming credit inserts in the process of manufacturing wall and partition panels, conical boxes, placed on opposite cells / batteries / vertical manufacturing equipment. However, this solution has an adverse effect if two to three door openings are adjacent to one another. In this case the inter-door posts break off and the panel is damaged.

Also known is a method used in a vertical production device with a sliding threshold, where a door insert is provided, located on the lower threshold with hinged side panels, fixed by means of levers of the fixed part by pins. However, this method cannot be used in a vertical production unit with a fixed lower threshold, since in this arrangement it is not possible to detach the panel by an inclined market, nor is it possible to clean the contact between the hinged side panel and the production unit.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The invention is based on a door insert, the fixed part of which is fixed to the lower sill and to the link of the manufacturing apparatus, connected to movable sidewalls with vertical or angled levers, articulated on both sides. At the same time, the upper part of the door insert, both fixed and movable, has an incline for the possibility of tearing off the panel through an inclined market.
