Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu impregnace vinutí rotorů velkých elektrických strojů - a to výroby elektrických točivých strojů. Účelem vynálezu je vysoce kvalitní,racionálně dosažitelná impregnace vinutí rotorů nebo jiných točivých uzlů. Úkol spočí vá v dokonalém zaplnění všech dutin v dráž kách impregnační pryskyřicí bez použití tlaku a vakua. Při řešení jsou drážky ne zcela zakryty drážkovými klíny. Takto Částečně odkryté drážky se otáčejí ve vaně v syntetické pryskyřici a za dalšího pomalého otáčení rotoru zahřívají shora do želatinování syntetické pryskyřice. Zaplnění syntetickou pryskyřicí a ohřev se opakuje tak dlouho, dokud se drážky zcela nezaplní syntetickou pryskyřicí. Při zvýšených otáčkách na rotor se stří káním nanáší syntetická pryskyřice a nakonec všechna syntetická pryskyřice tuhne působením ohřevu.The invention relates to a method of impregnating rotor windings of large electrical machines - namely the production of electrical rotating machines. The purpose of the invention is high-quality, rationally achievable impregnation of rotor windings or other rotating nodes. The task is to completely fill all cavities in the grooves with impregnating resin without the use of pressure and vacuum. In the solution, the grooves are not completely covered by groove wedges. The partially exposed grooves are rotated in a bath in synthetic resin and, while the rotor is still rotating slowly, they are heated from above until the synthetic resin gels. Filling with synthetic resin and heating are repeated until the grooves are completely filled with synthetic resin. At increased speeds, synthetic resin is sprayed onto the rotor and finally all synthetic resin solidifies under the action of heating.
