Abstract
Vynález sa týká zariadenia na orientáciu najmá elektronických prvkov s válcovým puzdrom a axiálnymi prívodmi pri ich meraní, kódovaní a balení. U tohoto zariadenia sa rieši sposob orientácie, usporiadanie dráhy orientovania a funkčných ploch. Podstatu vynálezu vidieť z obr. 1, 2 a 3. Spočívá v tom, že medzi hornú došku 1 a dolnú došku 2, v ktorých sú vytvořené přepadové otvory 3 a 9 sú vhodné umiestnené skrutkóvicové segmenty 7, 8, 10 a 11 a mechanizmus orientovania 14. Vynález je možné využiť hlavně v elektronike pri meraní, značení a balení prvkov s válcovým puzdrom a axiálnymi prívodmi.The invention relates to a device for orienting, in particular, electronic components with a cylindrical housing and axial leads during their measurement, coding and packaging. This device solves the orientation method, the arrangement of the orientation path and the functional surfaces. The essence of the invention can be seen from Fig. 1, 2 and 3. It consists in the fact that between the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2, in which the overflow holes 3 and 9 are formed, helical segments 7, 8, 10 and 11 and the orientation mechanism 14 are suitably placed. The invention can be used mainly in electronics for measuring, marking and packaging components with a cylindrical housing and axial leads.

Vynález sa týká zariadenia, ktoré rieši orientáciu elektronických prvkov s válcovým puzdrom a axiálnymi prívodmi například pri ich meraní, kódovaní a balení.The invention relates to a device which solves the orientation of electronic elements with a cylindrical housing and axial leads, for example in their measurement, coding and packaging.
Doteraz známe používané zariadenie orientujú elektronické prvky pomocou překážky, ktorá po zmeraní a vyhodnotení prvku meracou hlavicou, orientované vychýlí prvok z vodorovnej do zvislej polohy. Zo spodnej plochy je otvor ohraničený predným a žádným skrutkovicovým segmentom. Přepadový otvor na dolnej doske je ohraničený favým a pravým skrutkovicovým segmentoví. Ich okrajové hrany sú rovnoběžné so střednými hranami predného a žádného skrutkovicového segmentu. Medzi hornou a dolnou doskou je umiestnený mechanizmus orientovania.
