Abstract
Zariádenie pre automatické presúvanie a vyklá panie zváracieho zrkadla pri zváraní rúr z plastov na tupo. Zariádenie pódia vynálezu má na priečnom suporte pevne uchytený prvý hriadel, na ktorom je otočné uložená objímka majúca na jednej straně držiak, v ktorom je uchytené zváracie zrkadlo. Na druhej straně objímkamá vyklápacípalec, ktorý vo východzej polohe zváracieho zrkadla je opretý o opomý valček otočné uchytený na druhom hriadeli, ktorý je uložený v dvoch držiakoch pevne uchytených na priečnej fréme. Ďalej na priečnom suporte je pevne uchytené vodidlo pre ďalšie uchytenie zváracieho zrkadla a tiež je uchytené tiahlo hydraulického valca slúžiaceho pre automatické presúvanie a vyklápanie zváracieho zrkadla z východzej polohy do zahrievacej polohy a opačné. Vynález sa využije pre zvýšenie technologie zvárania rúr z plastov na tupo. Doteraz presúvanie a vyklápanie zváracieho zrkadla z priestoru ohřevu sa robilo ručně tak, že zváracie zrkadlo sa uchopilo za rukováť a posunulo sa ž priestoru ohřevu a vyklopilo sa okolo oši otáčania. Takto bolo riešené presúvanie a vyklápanie zváracieho zrkadla len u malých neautomatizovaných zváračiek. Z hfadiska bezpečnosti práce bolo nevýhodou, že obsluha prichádzala do bezprostředné j blízkosti zváracieho zrkadla, čím pri určitej neopatrnosti mohlo dójsť k popáleniu obsluhy. Ďalej pri malých neautomatizovaných zváračkách bolo zváracie zrkadlo vysunuté z držiaku a odložené mimo zváračky, čím znova bola ohrozená obsluha z dóvodov popálenia. U poloautomatických a automatických zváračiek ručné presúvanie a vyklápanie zváracieho zrkadla z priestoru ohřevu nevyhovuje z dóvodov příliš krátkého medzióperačného času medzi nahrievacím cyklom ,a vlastným zváracím cyklom, ktorý nebol váčší ako 3 sekundy. Ďalšou nevýhodou bolo zvýšené rfebezpečie úrazu obsluhy pri automatizovanom zváracom cykle z dóvodov nedostatočného odhadu medzioperačného času počas zváracieho cyklu.Until now, the moving and tilting of the welding mirror from the heating space was done by hand so that the welding mirror was grasped by the handle and moved over the heating space and swung around the turning eye. Uvedené nevýhody sa vynálezom do značnej miery odstránia. Podstata vynálezu spočívá v tom, že zariadenie podfa vynálezu má na priečnom suporte pevne uchytený prvý hriadef, na ktorom je otočné uložená objímka majúca na jednej straně držiak, v ktorom je uchytené zváracie zrkadlo. Na druhej straně obj ímka má vyklápací palec, ktorý vo východzej polohe zváracieho zrkadla je opretý o oporný valček otočné uchytený na druhom hriadeli, ktorý je uložený v dvoch držiakoch pevne uchytených na priečnej fréme. Ďalej na priečnom suporte je pevne uchytené vodidlo pre ďalšie uchytenie zváracieho zrkadla a tiež je uchytené tiahlo hydraulického valca slúžiaceho pre automatické presúvanie a vyklápanie zváracieho zrkadla z východzej polohy do zahrievacej polohy a opačné.These disadvantages are largely eliminated by the invention.
