Abstract
Vynález se týká způsobu získávání aromatických uhlovodíků heterogenní katalytickou přeměnou uhlovodíků v rozsahu teploty varu benzinů v přítomnosti vodíku nebo plynů s vysokým obsahem vodíku za zvýšené teploty v rozmezí tlaku od normálního do nízkého. Cílem vynálezu je zvýšení stupně selektivní přeměny uhlovodíků jednoduchým a teghnicky reálným způsobem použitím mnohosložkového katalyzátoru nového typu ; zejména přeměny Cg uhlovodíků na aromatické uhlovodíky - přednostně benzen,při současném snížení vylučování uhlíku a dobré dlouhodobé aktivitě katalyzátoru. Toto je v souladu s vynálezem možné proto že výchozí látky se podrobují reakci nad katalyzátory sestávajícími z gama-kysličníku hlinitého nebo přednostně eta-kysličníku hlinitého jako nosiče a kysličníků kovů VI podskupiny,kovů a/nebo jejich sloučenin VIII podskupiny periodické tabulky prvků,kysličníků alkalických kovů nebo kovů alkalických zemin a je-li to třeba chloru jako katalyticky aktivní látky,při teplotách reakce od 450 do 570 °C, při zatížení od 0,3 ho 5,0 g výchozí látky/g katalyzátoru.hodinu, při molárním poměru vodíku k výchozí látce od 1:1 do 10:1 a při hodnotách tlaku od 0,1 do 2,0 MPa.The invention relates to a method for obtaining aromatic hydrocarbons by heterogeneous catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons in the range of the boiling point of gasolines in the presence of hydrogen or gases with a high hydrogen content at elevated temperatures in the pressure range from normal to low. The aim of the invention is to increase the degree of selective conversion of hydrocarbons in a simple and technically feasible manner by using a multicomponent catalyst of a new type; in particular, the conversion of Cg hydrocarbons to aromatic hydrocarbons - preferably benzene, while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions and maintaining good long-term activity of the catalyst. This is possible in accordance with the invention because the starting materials are reacted over catalysts consisting of gamma-aluminum oxide or preferably eta-aluminum oxide as a support and metal oxides of subgroup VI, metals and/or their compounds of subgroup VIII of the periodic table of elements, alkali metal oxides or alkaline earth metals and, if necessary, chlorine as catalytically active substance, at reaction temperatures of from 450 to 570 °C, at a loading of from 0.3 to 5.0 g starting material/g catalyst.hour, at a molar ratio of hydrogen to starting material of from 1:1 to 10:1 and at pressure values of from 0.1 to 2.0 MPa.
