Abstract

Vynález se týká způsobu regulace vlastností a stavu vrtného roztoku při vrtání a může ho být použito při těžbě ropy a plynu, v geologickém průzkumu a rovněž při chemickém zpracování ropy,v hornictví, strojírenství a v jiných odvětvích národního hospodářství. Cílem vynálezu je zvýšení kvality vrtného roztoku,snížení ztrát a rozšíření oblasti využití způsobu a rovněž snížení možnosti vzniku havárie při vrtání. Novost způsobu spočívá v tom, že v průběhu vrtání se sleduje hodnota redox-potenciálu cirkulujícího roztoku a při odchylce od rovnovážného stavu se vrtný roztok zpracovává v zóně jedné z elektrod stejnosměrným proudem až do dosažení původní hodnoty redox-potenciálu,které eliminuje destabilizační působení vrtných zplodin tak, že zabraňuje destabilizaci.The invention relates to a method for regulating the properties and state of drilling fluid during drilling and can be used in oil and gas extraction, geological exploration and also in chemical processing of oil, mining, engineering and other sectors of the national economy. The aim of the invention is to increase the quality of the drilling fluid, reduce losses and expand the area of application of the method and also reduce the possibility of an accident during drilling. The novelty of the method lies in the fact that during drilling the value of the redox potential of the circulating solution is monitored and, in the event of a deviation from the equilibrium state, the drilling fluid is processed in the zone of one of the electrodes with a direct current until the original value of the redox potential is reached, which eliminates the destabilizing effect of drilling waste products in such a way as to prevent destabilization.
